Brilliant Meg.
Couple of weeks delay on my order as Ivyline were waiting for stock to come in but once in I was notified that I had to reorder which was no problem and I had a small refund that was issued on the same day and the order was shipped the following day.
If anyone gets any problems with Ivyline get it touch with Meg she will sort it like she did with mine.

Good product,fast delivery

I was a little disappointed with the…
I was a little disappointed with the length of the cable. The cable was very short which meant I had to get an electrician to put a longer wire on so that I can have my water feature where I want in my garden. Otherwise the product is fine

Over time, I've collected 9 of Ivyline's excellent Ella planters. Builders recently destroyed my garden; even managing to throw away one of the fantastically useful planter water retention inserts.
I phoned Ivyline. On my behalf, the charming Megan took on this vital project. She has now sent me a replacement insert free of charge. This type of excellent after sales service is well worth 5 stars.

Firebowl and rectangle console
Firebowl arrived promptly. Excellent, quality product. Saw it a few days earlier in Dobbies Garden Centre at a higher price so I'd say Ivyline have it at a competitive price point. 👍

Fire Pit Cover
My order was dealt with efficiently and arrived safely in the predicted time frame.
This product is well designed as it has velcro bands that secure around the fire pit and under it. The fabric is waterproof and doing a good job of protecting my fire pit.

Weird finish inside planter pot - paint!
I have emailed the business so will update when I get a response. The Pisa bowl in Emerald was a gift and what is so striking is the beautiful colour inside and out. Unfortunately the inside colour turns out to be painted rather than glazed, so it came away very unevenly after a soaking to remove plant roots. This is a very odd problem that I’ve never had with a planter whether for indoor or outdoor use (and this is supposed to be used either way). So 1 star for misrepresentation and poor quality of finish, especially as I was planning to float flowers in it, would have looked amazing but not now…

Chimenea in Rust colour
We ordered a chiminea in 'Rust' colour from the website and when it turned up the colour was a deep chocolate brown.
Not only that but we paid £250+ for a very cheap and flimsy piece of kit. The metal came dented and the opening was warped.
Poor quality construction and colour NOTHING like what is displayed on the site.

Modern orange metal planters
I bought 3 Orange planters from Ivyline who from my research on line offered the best price. They arrived promptly and we’ll packaged. I like the corrugated metal look as they are a bit different from the usual planters you see in the garden centre. The orange is more terracotta not bright orange but I love them.
