Our old Magento 1 website was very behind with being up to date in accordance with PCI compliance standards and we had to act fast with a new Magento 2 website, which required a platform change. IWD Agency stepped up to the plate and had our new site live in 2 weeks as promised. We also use their order manager and are implementing their new Dominate check-out extension to work with Apple Pay. It was great working with everyone. Their Magento extenstions are the best but they made the "One step checkout" extenstion with money not free anymore ://

We initially had issues with IWD settings that prevented our developers from integrating until after the 15 day trial period had expired. When we gained access, we unfortunately weren't able to use the extension as a result of unforeseen circumstances. The IWD team helped us out and at their judgement offered us a refund even though we were outside of the trial period. Very professional - thank you!

I bought at IWD the OnePageCheckout and the AjaxCart modules. Had a very positive experience with both the ordering process and the service afterwards. I found a little issue afterwards which was solved very quickly. Will surely come back for other modules!

We often use third-party extensions to quickly and cheaply increase the power of our clients' e-commerce websites. IWD Agency's modules add significant features at a competitive pricing.

Their support is always very fast and professional. They are a company that I am not worried sharing source code access to. Their process is secure and results are immediate.

They will go the extra step and even help you correct compatibility issues with other third party modules.

I tested 2 other Order Managers. they were incompatible with EU invoice standards. I cannot successfully delete invoice or edit - because tax was always not calculated properly. Then I found IWD solution > its so far the best order manager on Magento market. All works out of box.
They even add grid filters, coupon code used right on order detail page.
And the most important thing - I can easily fix invoice numbers and date.

I highly appreciate IWD support team - they responded very quickly and all my suggestions were implemented in record time.

I hope they will further improve this extension with new features.
