Wonderful Datacenter in USA.
I have been with iwebfusion for 8 months now and a single downtime didn't come still. Servers are very powerful ever and the Evan great man helped me each time with everything. The support team is also awesome and the pricing is also very reasonable. Thanks a lot for a wonderful experience.

Zero complaints. I bought just 1 month of hosting to see how this company works, and I definitely stick to them. Tech support is on guard. And rates are easy on the pocket book. Thanks!

Technician did not listen to my issue; did not try to resolve my issue; was exceedingly lazy and disgustingly stubborn in refusing to resolve my issue; ultimately, did not resolve my issue and pat himself on the back as though he did. I would tell the tech the problem and he did not fix it.

Also this has been the same problem for months now; so all the technicians are either incompetent or lazy. This is not a business, but a huge scam. I am now looking for actual businesses that can provide real service, rather than waste any more of my time and money.

Honestly, they should be legally prosecuted as thieves.

I took advantage of a special they were running, and I wasn't quite ready to get the server. The staff was very easy in helping me with a pre-order so I wouldn't lose out on the deal for what I needed. I was even offered an upgrade and decided to take it. They were very prompt in answering questions I had and additional features I requested. Once I had access to the server, it was beyond my expectations and loading up my software went like a charm. Everything is fast and no glitches at all. The date shown is not the initial contact and they stayed in touch with me until they had the server provisioned. From initial contact to having the server they went above and beyond having everything I needed. Highly Recommended if you're looking for a staff that cares about you needs!

I could not figure this out but your tech team sent me back a response that walked me through making these changes to my site to hide my Whois info.

Your techs online and through email are excellent and one of the biggest reasons I have remained a customer of many years.

Could access other websites but not my company site. iWebFusion verified server was running (no surprise there), then determined my cable provider had network issue they claimed would be resolved soon. Hours later, cable ISP giving me runaround, but iWF was able to update me on their progress. Service finally restored more than 24 hours later & my server had been working whole time. Wish cable companies were as reliable as iWebFusion. Been a customer for 4 years & every interaction so far has been positive.
