Harriet is patient, understanding and respectful of her clients time. Harriet is proactive when seeking responses to detailed questions and helpfully provides clear emails and detailed requests to provide additional context as to why questions are being asked and whether they are important or not. I am feel confident having Harriet as my key contact person that my business affairs are in great shape.

I had a complex stock trading CGT tax calculation, including same day/30 day/Pooling calculations including looking back at prior years trades.

Jenny was extremely patient and answered all my queries before I signed up to use IWN tax calculation service, which was reasonably priced compared to others.

Conway was assigned to work on my return and answered all my queries and I was happy with the very clear video explanation of how my calculation was done. He submitted my return on time and I managed to pay it on time too.
