I run a unique gift shop, and with the help of the IXXO team I was able to use their ""Product Blends"" addon which had a positive impact on my business. I can create gift packs and combine products together. Also, it allowed me to offer personalized gifts and customized products, which has helped me attract new customers and increase sales. I received exceptional assistance from the support team and would highly recommend their services.

I have tried several multi-vendor platforms in the past, but IXXO Cart has truly impressed me with its extensive range of features and functionalities. This software offers a level of power and flexibility that is unmatched by its competitors. The ability to customize and tailor my online marketplace to suit my specific needs has been a game-changer. The software looked brilliant in the demo. The features what they are offering are not offerred by any one else in the industry. We have purchased multivendor stand alone licence. Which is a life time licence. We have spent over a year of valuable time and money with IXXO. But we decided to move out of ixxo as too many issues were identified and they are serious impediments to the business. We raised the issues on a timely fashion over a period of one year. They suggested some alternative solutions to work around the issues rather than resolving them. Recently we were asked by Thomas to list all the issues and raise the ticket. We have done so. We have not received any response over weeks. So we thought it might be easier to bring it to the attention of everyone to help them make a correct decision.

I have looked briefly into the past tickets and consolidated this list.

1. Shopify product import fails.
2. More than one URL cannot be added for the bulk product import using CSV
3. Facebook marketplace integration does not work without the app.
4. Google store export works only from google not from our marketplace. We tried manual upload but the csv sheet do not contatin data on images. This is a prerequisite field.
5. CJ/DOBA dropshipping already in the menu. We contact CJ they denied any plugin for ixxo cart.
6. Order processing with abandoned orders
7. Google analytics integration GA4 not available.
8. Manual orders created sent out with an invoice shows up as already paid while no payment is received or no way to make payment.
9. Live Chat feature was advertised but do not suit the lay out. The whole layout was scattered when this adon was added.
10. Product inventory updates do not work using several preset options. When quantity is zero. The shopper can buy the product.
11. Vedor payment cannot be integrated to our payment provider. It only works with Paypal.
12. No subscription payments
13. The old data uploaded including images does not get cleared when deleted.
14. There is no option to upload multiple images with image URL's. It allows only one URL.
15. The export feed from the platform do not export image URL.
16. There are several layout issues with the given layout. We went with the layout as it was recommended by you as most suitable for the software version.
17. The flow of layout is very bad. There were too many steps to complete the shopping cart and payment.
18. The SMS feature works with only one selected SMS provider. They cannot be integrated with reputed platforms.
19. The site has become utterly slow after uploading few thousand products and images. We were told we need a plugin to speed up the site. We have invested in the plug in. The site loads with frames.
20. Their plesk server do not allow backups outside. This was raised 3 months ago and i was promosed they will look into it.

We did ask if they have any new updates/fixes for the above problems. We have not received any response. As time is money, it is very difficult to hold on long periods of time (one year) for the technical issues.
Ofcourse the choice to buy this product would depend on your requirements, time and investment capabilities over a very long periods of time.

SCAMS - the staff is rude and full of attitude - The structure of the website is terrible and unfunctional, we have a website a 12-year-old could have made. Told us to "Go home!"as we tried to explain the issues. We spent over $5k and it's completely wasted.

IXXO Cart is a great eCommerce platform. Creating an online shop or marketplace is super easy and the best part is that they have thought of everything.
There is no feature that is not available in IXXO Cart it's fully packed and their support is excellent. I would totally recommend it.

I was struggling to find a replacement for the platform I have been using for 4 years, but after trying IXXO Cart Multi-Vendor, it was a no-brainer! The support team is amazing and incredibly helpful. They helped me get up and running in minutes. The platform has endless functionalities and the UI is so easy to use.

We have been using IXXO Cart Multi-Vendor for 4 months now after migrating from CS-Cart and we could not be happier. CS-Cart is full of bugs and their support is non-existent.
