Very dodgy experience
Shady company. Had not dispatched materials after some time. Then I called to cancel order, they suddenly updated the order status from not dispatched to delivered, even though nothing was delivered, and the tracking links all showed as not dispatched yet. They then said they would have to charge a crazy amount to return what had not actually been delivered. Seemed to be doing everything possible not to let me cancel the order. Had to dispute through credit card company to sort. Would never use this company again.

Hello, we deliver the product ourselves to the cargo daily. We enter the tracking numbers into the system as we receive them from the cargo. Then the software automatically follows the software, if the courier has delivered it to you, it returns to automatic delivery. There is no suspicious situation, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you had sent us an e-mail or contacted us by phone before disputing the credit card, we would have helped again. We are sorry for your experience, your full refund has been made to you.

Fantastic company to deal with
I purchased 20 x Beige Dream 3D wall panels from this company, they were delivered within a few days, quality of product is extremely good and my lounge wall looks fantastic, would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered a sample
Ordered a sample, which arrived the next day. Having worked out that I need 8m2, it's not cheap but looks realistic enough. I used a teabag stain on the sample I received and it looks much more realistic

It came much later and scratched...
First panel we order came much later than 40 days and was scratched. Secind came in 45 days unscratched but not 90° angles... it was cut wrongly... The owners of the business have zero customer care standarsd and all they do is to give excuses....

Hello, when I look at your order history, there are 2 orders with a 2-month period between 17 March and 29 May, you were not satisfied with your order on 17 March and your money was refunded to you. If you were not satisfied with your first order, why did you place your 2nd order if we are not doing our job well. It is written everywhere that the delivery time of the large marbles you buy is 4 weeks. We refund the money of any customer who is not satisfied with us. You did not even communicate in the mail records that you had a problem, these are very sad. If there is any problem, you can contact via e-mail.

Looked fine but material didn’t seem safe
Got a sample. It was polystyrene which is highly inflammable so not sure about using it on the walls safely. Looked ok though
