Jack was brilliant and personable, this was our first renewal, so a lot of what we had to do was alien to us, but never once did he get frustrated and was really quick to respond on WhatsApp / Email.

Used a few brokers throughout a few house purchases, Jack came highly recommended via a friend of mine, he did not disappoint. His communication is second to none, he secured me my mortgage in principle, then we entered a bidding war which went over the agreed amount. He managed to secure us a higher lend at a better rate than we could of imagined and on the same day, in turn, won us our house, we have just returned to Jack for our first remortgage and guess what. Jack helped me with my remortgage and was attentive and helpful from start to finish. From helping me find the right lender / rates to his choice of solicitor, Jacks advice made the whole process smooth and quick and he was happy to attend to any questions or queries that I had, at any time or day of the week.
