This is my second review for Jackpot capital casino. First is the gameplay, it's way above board. It's night and day compared to social casinos. Payouts from the slots are huge compared to social slots. As far as redemption goes my first two were not a problem. 3 business days and crypto was there bright and early. The customer service is there on time taking questions and giving real answers that apply not just copy paste scripted answers. I definitely recommend Jackpot Capital. I would like the readers to be aware but some of these reviews are just spiteful and negative because they lost her I know because I've written them before too, for me and myself I've had a really good experience I won quite a bit of money. I was a member a few years ago. Had a few small wins, Since then its all down hill. They have a way to turn down your rtp. They take away lobby jackpots, match bonuses. You get nothing if you are fortunate enough to win. I left and returned several times. No appreciation for my return to their casino. You get nothing. 0 wasn't available. I've submitted my documents to verify my identity and address I submit the same documents for all casinos (changing months on bank for 3 months requirement). I've done this everyday for the last 10 day. Sometimes 2-3 times a day then talking to their customer service chat reps also. Not once have they attempted to help me with my issue. My payout still sits there. I have taken screenshots of everything. What a joke.

I created an account at jackpot Capital casino October 17th 2024. My my account was created successfully and so I made a deposit through Bitcoin. As soon as my deposit went through and showed up on the account my account stopped working. I thought well I will just restart it so I did. When I logged back in I got a notification saying I could not play there and to contact customer service, which I did. Customer service could not really tell me anything but did tell me they would notify the proper department about my deposit refund. I also sent a email to the support email. A couple days later I received email notification from support asking me to verify my account that I do not have. Explain to them I don't have an account and that I'll just wanted my refund. I even showed them a screenshot of their own terms and conditions stating that if any reason account could not be created and a deposit was made that deposit would be refunded right away back to the account holder which is me and it was not true. So they asked me to verify by sending in my ID front and back and holding it next to my face a form of proof of my address and my Bitcoin address which I did. They told me then in the next email that they wouldn't accept my address verification because it was through cash up it was my statement which they said they accepted but now they won't accept. It's just a verify my address. So I submitted my PayPal statement with my address they wouldn't accept it either. So they told me they would accept insurance any kind of mail any kind of statement but not those two forms apparently. So I submitted my car insurance statement with my address on it and lo and behold they still would not accept it. So it to me they have stolen my money and they refuse to give it back and it is only $40 but it's $40 that's mine not theirs. So I'm at a loss of what to do there's no repercussions for them basically nobody's going to do anything to resolve this not through them they're not. I would never ever recommend this this casino to anyone.

This casino scammed me. Where I completed my winnings requirements they told me to verify my account after submitting documents for verification. They close my account. Now I can't access my account and also can't withdraw my $150 dollar.

Be warned! This is the worst experience I have ever had with anything online! I used a free chip to play, and won - so I sent my required photos and got my ID verification done (they approved it fairly quickly) - then I put in for my withdrawal using my bitcoin address - nightmare ever since! First they sent me an email asking me to explain why my ip address shows up in a state different from where I show my address - then they rejected my withdrawal via bitcoin and told me I would have to use bank wire (which requires giving my bank info which I NEVER do) - then they said I would need to re-submit my photos for ID verification again - which I did - THEN I was told to take all new photos of the same ID and send it in again which I did - THEN I was told to use a passport and my bank statement rather than my electric bill - well I don't have a passport, and I only get online bank statements and truthfully I don't really like giving my bank info. But I did take all new pictures and sent them in along with a screen shot of my bank statement (top portion with bank logo and my address only)- now I have heard nothing! I believe this is 100% a scam and I am really upset that they seem to insinuate that I am somehow being dishonest about who I am (oh, and I did offer to do a video chat with them if that would stop this shenanigans) - Be Careful with this site!

Update - Sept 6 and they still have done nothing to resolve this issue! So I went onto the casino help page and requested a call back to try to resolve this issue - all they did was tell me that I need to send a picture of my birth certificate and the document verification dept. will send me an answer in 5 days! Unbelievable.
UPDATE - Sept 10 - surprise surprise the expired passport they insisted that I send them (even though I told them that it was quite old and expired) was not accepted because - guess> IT's EXPIRED! Duh. however, I also sent them my birth certificate (and they have my current drivers license with a selfie of me holding it) yet they still are unable to approve my ID verification - but of course will not give me a reason why.
UPDATE: 9-13-2022 Finally got my ID verification approved after sending all new photos as well as my birth certificate - now they refuse to let me withdraw using bitcoin (with no reason given).
UPDATE 9-15-2022 (hopefully the last one!) - Well, today I actually received an email from Jackpot Casino telling my that my account had been cleared to withdraw with bitcoin! I did put in the request - fingers crossed!!!
LAST UPDATE 9-19-2022> I actually received my winnings via bitcoin at 6 a.m. this morning!!! What a fantastic surprise!
