Prompt attention and quick response to my order plus options for payment. When the wood arrived timeously, it was stacked neatly and the COD payment was accepted by the driver who was most polite.

Firewood not dry
I ordered bluegum wood to be used in a fireplace which, according to the claims made on the website, is dry. The wood could not be used because it is wet - moisture content ranging between 25 - 45% of the bags I have tested. Many pieces are the size of tree trunks that do not even fit into an open fireplace.

Packaging can be improved as wood was falling out plastic. Also be careful not to drop heavy wood packs on patio tiles
