Do not join the facebook group unless you want to be jumped on!!! Its absolutely vile the way some people speak to others in there! Its like a CULT. How on earth they can say they have moderators or social media managers? Jesus christ on a bike. Get a proper job because you absolutely suck at managing a facebook page.

Don’t like the way the whatsapp draw is done - could quite easily just keep drawing until they find a name they like after all its not live! I mean its always regulars that win anyhow.
The same winners constantly over and over again - dont give me any rubbish that its luck etc or they play more so win more etc - if thats case wheres the safety measures on how much they are spending, oh right sorry it doesnt matter does it because theres no safety measures youre made to set your own limit (little too late for people whos lost thousands!) and just use a credit card for tickets THAT IS THE NUMBER ONE RULE of credit cards - you cannot gamble it doesnt let you use them on REGULATED sites!!

I haven't been playing with JJ for very long, only about 6 weeks, but I was recommended to check it out by a family member—and I’m so glad I did! I was lucky enough to win life-changing money and have even had a few other wins since. The payout and communication are fantastic; I’ve never had any issues. If you win, you get an email almost instantly, and when I’ve withdrawn my winnings, they’ve arrived the same day—usually not long after requesting them. Even when I’ve won on a live draw without watching, I’ve received an email to inform me.

The community is huge and incredibly supportive, especially on the Facebook page. The games are fun, the prizes are amazing, and while there can be a bit of banter, if it’s not for you, it’s easy to scroll past. Overall, there’s plenty to do, great communication, and a fantastic experience.

A lot of things not adding up.

First off, the company description on here alone is inaccurate. “Compliant with the gambling act” who they’re not even regulated by as they’re meant to be a comp site. To run as a comp site and not an illegal lottery, you have to either have postal entries as an option or a skill based question. The ONLY game on site with what can be classed as a “skill based question” is the WhatsApp wonga. Postal entries can’t be honoured because even though Eloise has changed it so that the comps have several days available to buy tickets, there is no margin for the supposed “postal entries” as these games often sell out the same day and then are drawn the same night. So even if there were tickets set aside that were specifically allocated to postal entries, postal entries aren’t viable. Which would actually suggest they’re not compliant at all.

Evidence of people being added to the “winners” list despite the fact they don’t play anymore, they are ignored when emailed about this. Admins faking posts in the group of wins that haven’t happened and then accidentally tripping themselves up, posts of admins making jokes in the group calling people “n*nces, scruffs etc” which are absolutely vile terms to throw around, when things go wrong admin go live and show s*lfharm marks which, even if you are struggling, is manipulative when people have had genuine concerns and their own mental health issues and stress caused by the page and have been ignored and belittled by admin and those who are still playing. Evidence of admins offering jobs to players and then withdrawing, offering them site credit instead to do the work they would have been doing in the job role. There’s reviews on here from her own EMPLOYEES and her MUM. is that even allowed?

There’s also been some posts of the games actually being rigged - thresholds that have not been discussed with players have been used so that people have been paying to try and win amounts that have been advertised but unless the game reached the sale threshold, these prizes were impossible to win. This was not discussed with players. Also completely withholding certain prize tickets back from being able to win them. just before this first came out, Eloise went live in the group and said she had been “manipulated into doing bad things” but didn’t elaborate. When it did come out, she said she couldn’t respond because of her “legal team” but that there was some misinformation being mixed in with the truth. Questions were never answered about what the truth was and doubt grew, many of us stopped playing and those that were still watching were picking up on all the “mistakes” and “glitches” that are still happening. Eloise disappeared for a bit, then came back and now when people address genuine concern about where they’re putting their money, many just want reassurance. They are removed from the group, blocked, and then Eloise posts a comment saying that they were attempting to discredit the integrity of the page by following malicious rumours started by a group of people who supposedly just want to bring her down. Which begs the question… if you’ve done nothing wrong in all of this, why are SO many of us upset? There’s a complete lack of customer service unless it involved boosting Eloise’s ego, the group breeds a culture of toxic positivity where you have to pretend there are no issues and if you say anything bad or have any issues or even just question something due to simple lack of understanding, you will have a group of people jump on you, you will be blocked, and sent an email calling you malicious and sometimes, you’ll even get an email accusing you of targeting staff members as one neurodivergent player did when she was just asking questions. It’s not a safe space, it’s not a regulated site, quite frankly it’s a cash grab and as much as everyone sings Eloise’s praises while they’re in the group, ultimately she has built millions off the back of exploiting people who she knows have gambling issues and does nothing to rectify it. She could have a gambling license, she says she won’t because she doesn’t want the government taking her money (? Ok) but considering the fact a lot of her loyal players are actually on GAMSTOP and have gambling addictions but because of Eloise’s loop holes they can indulge on their addiction through JJ being the unregulated gamb- sorry, comp site that it is, getting a license would mean those players would have to stop playing. Different when we should consider Eloise’s well-being though eh? Avoid at all costs.

And I’m more than happy to provide all evidence of this if this review gets flagged as fake. You might want to look at your statistics of how many negative reviews have been reinstated after your false reporting🥴

I stuck up for this company after seeing comments thinking they were just people jealous who hadn’t won, this last couple of weeks I have seen with my own eyes how wrong I was!
Blaming Facebook for not showing numbers when it was obvious she rigged the game, only certain people winning, people bullying on the page the list goes on
This has opened my eyes massively and unfortunately if you play on this page you will find out the hard way.
I urge people to not spend money on this website, they are claiming even if you lose, a lot of the money goes to charities which they never show proof of they are just using the word ‘pledge’ to get around this.
I am sure I will be bullied by certain members for this review like other people have been, bullies!

Been using Jackson Jackpot for a while now and never had an issue. You win some you lose some. But it's great to feel involved and like you're part of the community. I love the lives and love how 'human' Eloise is. More times she's had me crying because of how open and honest she is. Don't have a bad thing to say about Jackson Jackpot. Would definitely and actively recommend to anyone.

So Jackson Jackpot flagged my post as defamatory even though it’s factual so here goes again.

Saw some stuff being circulated about games been manipulated but thought I’d wait to see how it all panned out.

Noticed though they changing games after sold out and things 100% FACTUAL and I will stand up in court and prove that. I can guarantee they can’t prove it’s false.

Have factual evidence that shows while they lied to some players about players using false ss they compensated others as they had more proof. Zero transparency.

Then there’s the harassment - can’t say nowt without people jumping in messages that linked to group and again all proven but I’ve sent this the authorities let them decide if this level of hardens is being encouraged through various means.

I spoke to two authorities (can’t name them on here apparently) and are both investigating this company.

Operating outside of regulations. So to avoid a license you have to offer a skills based comp or fee entry that MUST allow time for it to be revived. Running 24 hour and 12 hour comps with no online entry means ANY company doing this is defined as an illegal lottery. So the initial investigation is going down many many paths and because of this players possibly don’t have protection but every possibility of a mass case which is actively being explored and once the final details are finalised will release this online for parties to join the case.

Avoid like the plague. Yes there are winners, yes they’ll be paid out, but the amount of stuff behind the scenes that’s illegal, unfair or downright insane is beyond what most people can see. Anyone playing here will soon get stung one way or another.

Ever increasing profit margins get covered by ‘freebies’ which in reality are such a tiny portion of the millions they make and hide, and everyone is manipulated into feeling sorry for a multimillionaire who’s caused her own problems.

The sad thing is the ones still praising this page are probably the most mentally vulnerable, and likely to be brainwashed. I know I certainly was. And no sore loser here I won plenty, I can just also see where the negatives are and they aren’t nice.

Stay away there’s thousands of other places where you can have as much fun, as many wins, and a fairer experience.

I have been using JJ for nearly 2 years and have had no issues. The only thing I would ever comment on, is people throwing hissy fits because they have put a stupid amount of money into a game and haven’t won. It’s the luck of the draw. If you can’t afford to play then don’t. It’s all in the name of fun and giving to charities. Eloise is doing such a great job as well as Chelsea, Sharon and the people behind the scenes. The opportunity to enter 2 free draws every day is just amazing for anyone who has a credit limit on their account(such as myself) I can still get involved even when I’ve reached my credit limit. The group chat on Facebook is a laugh, there’s people from all over united on one page. We are all weird and wonderful! Just the way we like it!

Okay so here goes my rant.... so first of all the people that have put bad reviews is laughable tbh 🤔 moaning about this moaning about that all because they didn't win?

It's a gambling site which is random and is picked randomly by a RANDOM GENERATOR dont know how many times people want me to say it you have to be init to win its no different to doing the lottery and you've more chance at winning on JJ than that I've seen it for myself having worked in a gambling shop myself when people lose they hit out and think its fixed ( for example someone lost alot of money thought it was fixed and that we had s button behind the counter) well just ask this question if it was fixed don't you think everyone would be rich right now?

I have seen nothing but support from the group on Facebook and alot of banter they are genuine people who give out so much and changing people's lifes Eloise has build this business up from the ground up giving to people who need it

Never judge a book by its cover never judge someone based on bad reviews because at the end of the day they are sad losers who spend to much and was unfortunately unlucky to not win big

If you can't spend it THEN DONT simple as that be gamble aware

So why don't you get on over to her group and see for yourself what the group is really like before you judge an individual based on these reviews

Well wat can I say..after been a loyal member for at least 2 years and spending lots of money I'm absolutely disgusted to vw kicked and banned from the group again. Yes this is the second time it's happened. I've sent numerous emails wanting answers to which I've had no response. But thinking back now wen I played a game last year something didn't seem right, and the time the email was sent. I won a £100 on tinker Tuesday. I chased it as the number and the time the winning email was sent didn't add up. I actually threw a hissy fit it the group demanding I got my winnings. I did in the end then I was booted and blocked from group that was last year. Can't really explain why they have done it again as they are ignoring me. I was all for supporting eloise but not anymore. Washed my hands off all of them including the ignorant admins they also ignore you. Disgusting is a understatement

EDIT - JJ tried to flag this as defamatory which is a blatant mistruth and will add further to my legal challenge trying to discredit me and shows a complete lack of respect to my complaints. As this is my full name that is linked to my account they could have contacted me at any stage however I have sent the proof to trust pilot and this review flag was lifted. Casts doubt now on everything they said about the reviews being vindictive when mine is 100% factual!!

Whoever is flagging these is flagging at will in the hope people won’t respond with the evidence needed. Maybe out as much time and effort into actually replying to people who email you through the correct channels.

Feel completely let down by JJ I was a member for nearly 2 years, I wrote nice comments when the allegations first came out however this is my own personal experience as I don’t know the answer to anything else.

I played many games and won a roast on one of the genie games in October, I messaged Sharon in November who said she would chase the team up and nothing, I sent 2 emails asking about it and nothing.

I then started seeing the stuff circulating on FB and passed a small comment on FB in response to someone who was being rude to other players, I was subjected to that too but also removed from the group despite having profanities written about me. As a SEN mum seeing staff call people degenerates was saddening and I started getting inboxes after that comment from said members.

I reported it to JJ and asked them to close my account and outlined my complaint in full from lack of prizes to why was the use of certain phrases acceptable and why was I openly abused on the group and swore at, I didn’t name call or swear but was removed for simply stating no one knows the truth.

I got a response back saying to close my account they would cease any investigation as all my history would be deleted, as I had an outstanding complaint and prizes I said don’t do that until I had taken proper advice, i then received and email saying I was in breach of their terms for not formally introducing whoever was advising me to them prior to taking advise, I spoke to a solicitor at this point who said that was absurd and as I had raised a complaint under GDPR my data has to be retained not destroyed and to ask what law or regulation are they relying on to this date since my first email in November there has been no real response other than trying to intimidate me and I last emailed 6-1-25 and no response again.

I am saddened to learn there is an investigation actually opened and over the fact I have to go down legal routes to resolve this, fortunately I have legal cover though.

So in my experience customer service is non existent after a game has ended whether you have had the prize or not and there is only a zero tolerance approach on the group in a biased manner. That value as a loyal player ends however when you have a genuine complaint. I get Eloise has to protect her business and group but she has done nothing to protect me from the actions of others, when complaints team don’t reply you are left with little option but to make comments on the group in the hope someone will respond. I won’t go into the details on here as to what I have been advised and the next steps as I won’t legally compromise my case that is being worked on and why I have made sure my review is factual.

I found Jackson Jackpots on facebook a few months ago and sat quietly in the background and just watched how everything worked for a while,Recently I downloaded the app and starting playing myself and already won a few small wins and the fb group is so welcoming to all and are extremely friendly and genuinely happy for others winning.So happy to be a small part of the JJ family and I look forward to playing more and obviously winning more in the future lol x

Jackson jackpot is the best group I have ever joined & been a part of! I joined late September and since then have had some incredible wins! I have won way more than I have spent over the months & December was truly lucky for me, I had a lucky streak of winning thousands! Some off of 1 ticket orders costing no more than £4!!! & then there’s the Facebook group which is interactive & fun! I love to see how many people are winning daily and getting to congratulate them!! This isn’t like any gambling game I have ever played… ITS BETTER!!!

I’ve been on this site long enough to see some interesting patterns. If a site is truly great, it doesn’t need its most loyal fans working overtime to defend it or padding its rating with repeat feedback. And let’s not forget, at one point, people were paid a whole £1 for a glowing review—which doesn’t exactly scream credibility.

If you so much as raise an eyebrow, you’ll be met with defensive comments faster than a dodgy draw refreshes. It creates an unwelcoming, cliquey atmosphere where you either go along with everything or get shut down.

Then there are the promotions and freebies. Some involve players doing questionable “challenges” just to have a shot at a tiny prize—which feels more like entertainment for the organisers than an actual fair reward system.

And the Facebook page? Let’s just say the energy is less “slick and polished” and more like a chaotic pub chat, which isn’t exactly reassuring for a site handling people’s money.

I genuinely wanted to enjoy this site, but the lack of transparency, defensive culture, and off-putting atmosphere made that difficult. If the site truly valued fairness, transparency, and open discussion, it wouldn’t need to silence valid concerns or rely on a small group of die-hard defenders to maintain its image.

New players—do your research before spending your money. A site that’s worth it shouldn’t need this much effort to prove itself.

Always changing and evolving to make the player experience enjoyable,fun but most of all in line with regulations for this kind of business. Charities benefit from all participating players win or lose, and winnings paid out promptly.

I feel the negative reviews are a form of some kind of smear campaign. All from made up names and very clearly fake accounts (they use excuse they are bullied of use real names) also each review appears to be written within minutes of eachother. Please bear this in mind when considering JJ simply don't play if in doubt. Or take part and leave a true reveille from your experience. Getting huffy because you spent to much money or didn't get a reply from the CEO in 0.2seconds helps noone.

Also remember no other gambling/raffle or even casino sites would ever give the personal touch JJ does. You would also be fobbed of to emails. So again remember most of the time you are dealing with real people who you get to see and hear on the daily something no where does.
