I've had a personalised air freshener in my car for quite a while now. It has a memorable photo of my 2 sons. I bought extra fragrance with it and have replaced it for the first time. Will buy more.

Have ordered previously from this Company and very pleased with product .Ordered again in November said not able to fill order at the moment , emailed 3 times asking for an approximate date , no reply to any of the emails , understand busy time of year but I intended to place more orders but now consider them to be a waste of time , very dissapointing .

I ordered in November emailed loads .but at last I have received mine .Thankyou for sending it .there good quality .my son is happy .don't give up on them you will get them .there probably having a hard time or something .Thankyou again for sending it regards Sharon

Used to be a great company. Air freshners were great. Ordered some mid November and still waiting for them. They won't reply to emails or phone calls. Can only assume they have closed or gone bust with my money and many others no doubt! Order at Your own risk.

Have in the past few years had good service.Ordered airfreshners as presents beginning of Nov.Not turned up,no replies to my many emails and messages.Paypal gave me an instant refund so I'm sure they know something wrong.
Such a shame as we're really good quality.Ive ordered another 2 off ebay 🤞

Never received and they never replied and just kept the money

Pretty much same problem as with others here. Ordered on 16th November. Received an email on 18th saying I would receive in 2-5 days. Order didn't arrive so I emailed them on 26th November and 1st December and received and both got an auto response saying they would respond in 24 hours. Still nothing arrived. No communication no answer on phone. Raised it with PayPal and got a refund immediately- they didn’t even try to contact the seller themselves, so they must know something? Just don’t order from this place 😡

Ordered on 17th November. Received an email on 22nd saying I would receive in 2-5 days. Order didn't arrive so I emailed them on 30th November and received and auto response saying they would respond in 24 hours. 3rd December and still nothing. I ordered from this company as my friend recommended them. However she told me she received her first order from them ok and her recent order still hasn't arrived either. I can understand at this time of year that they may be busy but to completely ignore you is such appalling customer service 🙄

Yet another bad review for this company, that you guessed it have not to no avail delivered my ordered item. I’ve emailed and phoned and nothing has been done to resolve my issues.

I had one email in response back to my concerns asking for my address just like someone else’s review and nothing else since, I’ve been waiting four weeks.

Don’t use this scam of a company.

I received first order no problem. But this order from 9 nov has not arrived. Emailed three times called but call drops. I have had the generic response they will contact me in 24 hours -no contact. Gimme my money back NOW!!

I've ordered here several times and never had an issue. I've placed an order 11 days ago they have confirmed order and nothing since. Contacted 3 times with no reply or updates. Refund is looking more likely and won't be using the company again. DISAPPOINTED

Haven't received my order, my emails are ignored, the phone number just rings out....wish I'd read the reviews as it appears I've lost my money 😤
UPDATE- RECEIVED MY ORDER OUT OF THE BLUE 3 WEEKS AFTER I PLACED IT. I WOULDN'T HAVE MINDED IF I'D RECEIVED COMMUNICATION!

Ordered on Nov 6th, still not received on 28th. Have emailed several times,did get a reply asking to confirm my address and then nothing.
Dont order from this company or you'll be very disappointed

FINALLY RECEIVED ON DEC 8TH!! No explanation as to why it took 4 weeks..such poor service

Won’t bother , ordered not delivered, sent message apologetically would look into problem, sent two more messages as still not recieved no response

Awful still waiting on order after 2weeks. Spoke to someone the other day to confirm my address and now blanking my emails.

Ordered 2 air fresheners and they never came emailed them and they stated they would be despatched that day, still nothing avoid ordering from them, I wish I'd read the reviews first. UPDATE came on the 26th so had taken 3 weeks to receive, but at least they came.

Ordered 7th November. Informed it was shipped but never received!!! Thank god I received money back after getting my bank involved!
Avoid and do not order!!!
