I never received the merchandise, a Welder, for $45.98, not anything else if value. My bank, Bank of America has denied my Claim without any proofs provided to myself and I have an appointment on Tuesday, 20 June, 2023 @ 10:30-11am, to forward my Fraud Claim vs. JACOOBSS and or to file a claim vs JACOOBSS and Bank of America thereafter. I've already filled a Fraud Claim, (Date of Fraud 04/04/23), with the State of Oregon.

I want to continue and further my fraud claim for $45.98, denied by B of A for merchandise, (Welder, or anything else received!); before filing a Small Claims action in Multnomah County Circuit Court; and want to see all documents and info in this CLAIM. Thank you, Claim for near 04/04/2023. This second request on Sat, 17 June, 2023. Submitted online near 1:00pm.

This company is fraudulent

This company is fraudulent! Do not buy anything from them! They will send you a dollar store type product totally unrelated to what you purchased and have the audacity to say they delivered your order! Not providing contact info is part of their scam. Report them for fraud, and let the site that you viewed their product on know they are promoting fraud on the site.

FRAUD OUT OF COUNTRY COMPANY. Yeager's sister company. Products are never delivered and just keep your money. Their email comes back as undeliverable and their tracking shows delivering the merchandise somewhere in your neighborhood.

Ordered 2 scooters, just realized that the small bag I received that I didn’t order, from someone I didn’t order from was supposed to be my delivery so that they can say delivered! Going to report this as mail fraud and protest the payment with credit card company!

Yep, ordered the $400 welder for $40 and never received it. Their support says it was delivered and to please understand the inconvenience.

I might look into spamming their domains with support email requests, but scamming and spamming isn't my area of expertise.

Holy Cow......I was about to order this…

Holy Cow......I was about to order this "5 in 1" for $29.00....then I thought, this is a welder which should be selling for $800. So I decided to first type in there company name to see what popped and...WOW....my heart dropped at what I saw. Dozens of people expressing their anger and disappointment at having been ripped off. Sure glad I checked. However, I am sorry for those who were not as fortunate. Its happened to me before so I know how it feels.

I was fairly certain this was a scam…

I was fairly certain this was a scam from the get-go but figured what’s the worst that could happen? If they don’t deliver the goods I dispute the charges. But if I actually do get a $2000 craft cabinet for $50, I win…

Well, my story is the same as everyone else’s and begins in January 2023 on Pinterest. I placed 2 $50 orders about a week apart. They never did acknowledge in their customer service emails the fact that I had more than one order and that each order was more than 1 item. I ordered several pieces of furniture, some LED lights and a home gym, yet was only assigned 2 tracking numbers, which I thought was odd. Both orders looked legit in the beginning. I received confirmation emails of each order’s receipt as well as shipping and tracking info a few days later. When their tracking site showed my order as delivered but there was no sign of 2 giant craft cabinets anywhere (my post office is right around the corner and I work from home so no possibility of a missed delivery), I reached out to them. I was surprised I received any replies, but they were always very timely, with no more than 2 days elapsing after my message was sent, and usually within 1 day. They were polite but you could tell English was probably a second language.

I decided to take this as far as I could to see just what would happen. I kept excellent documentation (including screenshots of their bogus tracking site) in case I decide it’s worth my time to push this issue further, by perhaps involving the Law and the BBB and anyone else who will listen.

The first run-around you get when you email customer service at service[at]support24h.store is a problem on your end of shipping. You are advised to check with USPS, because by this point their tracking shows that your order was successfully delivered. USPS will show that no information has been provided by the shipper (although the tracking number is real).

I dealt with 3 customer service reps over a 3-month span - Ancy, Becky and Zoe, each more than once. Their replies quite similar and I was advised that the delay was caused by customs, by being lost in transit (twice!) and advised to wait 15-25 days 2 times and 2 weeks 3 times. I was assigned a “new” tracking number and promised a replacement shipment twice (once without a new number). Some of these replies even came from the same “rep” more than once. I was offered a 10% refund of the purchase price, which increased to 15% and finally 50%. I never could discern if they meant a refund in lieu of the delivery or in addition to. This is when I stopped the ruse and demanded for a third time a 100% refund and informed them that I have enough evidence to take this further if need be.

After reading several of these reviews (which did not come up in my preliminary search prior to the January order), I noticed others mention receiving cheap costume jewelry in the mail. I also received 2 rings, shipped separately from what looked like home addresses in 2 different US states. At the time I didn’t put 2 and 2 together that they may represent my orders. I did not expect to get anything at all.

04.19.23 Update: below is the last communication between me and customer service. Happy to report they say they are refunding me the entire amount. Only time will tell.

UPDATE 05.13.23: both orders were successfully refunded to my credit card. Only took 4 months and many many emails, but I successfully beat their scam. I suggest you do the same if you are in the same boat I was.
