Bad after sales support, not worth it
I first saw an advertisement for Jade Chains on instagram. I looked around the internet to see if they were drop shipping and they were but some of their items are custom.
I bought 2 “chains” (necklaces) and one bracelet and used their 40% off code for a total spend of $118. The chains were shipped directly from china and I received them within 2 weeks after placing the order. The website works well and the only thing I wish is that they have more pictures of their products.
Now after I received the necklaces one of them had a bead that was misaligned near the center of the necklace. This does in fact ruin the look of the necklace because it’s one of those “once you notice you can’t stop noticing” things. I reached out to support and they answered me in 4 business days. Sadly they told me to undo the necklace, pull the bead out, and tie the necklace back up. This is not what a jewelry company should do. They offered only a 10% discount of the final price paid.
Sadly I cannot recommend buying from a company that treats its products and customers like this.
