Purchased a product without checking here first which ended with this review for this vendor. Thanks to the intermediary JVZoo which has been great for interjecting in these transaction when using the JVZoo option to purchase, I was able to get a full refund. I was trying to get support for several issues and no communication or acknowledgment of my request from this vendor jaisharmasolutions.com. Within hours of requesting a refund I get a response to offer me an upgrade but told them just a refund and they have ignored me ever since. It has been 3 days since I asked for my request for refund and I have receive nothing from this vendor at flowcasta which this company represents.
