Company is a total shambles. Clothing is cheap and nasty. They don,t respond to emails.
Dont waste your time or money.
Absolute crap.

Do not buy from this company. In my experience, this is a scam company that gives the impression of being a UK/Oxford-based business, when in reality it is based in China. This is highly misleading.

Delivery times are extremely long, even if you pay extra for express delivery.

The returns process is absolutely unacceptable. Before you can return an item, you can expect weeks of emails back and forth, with repeated attempts to persuade you to keep the item by offering a small discount instead of allowing you to return it.

When you finally insist on a return, you are told to pay for the return shipping to CHINA and use an expensive shipping service. The cost of returning the items can be higher than the value of the items themselves.

This whole process feels deliberately designed to discourage customers from returning products.

My advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM JAMES OXFORD. Avoid this company and save yourself the money, time and frustration.

I would strongly advise against anyone thinking of buying any clothing from this company.

The adverts appears to give you the impression that the clothes are of a very high quality and come from the UK.

However, they actually come from China and, in my opinion, are of very poor quality.

I ordered a pair of mens white shorts from them, which took three weeks to arrive, and after my wife washed them on their own, as per the instruction on the label, they came out yellow.

Although I pointed this out to the company, they blamed me for the damage to the shorts and refused to refund me the cost of them.

In addition to this, I ordered two men's shirts, which also took around three to four weeks to arrive.

Apart from the shirts not fitting me properly, the quality left a lot to be desired, and in my opinion, you could buy better quality shirts at Primarks for around seven pounds each.

On receipt of the shirts, I contacted the company to advise them of the bad fitting and asked for a refund on both shirts.

However, they persistently insisted on trying to offer me other discounted items with me keeping the shirts, in order for them to stop refunding me the money.

On finally getting my message across that I wanted a refund, I was advised to send the two shirts back to two separate addresses in China, by full tracking, and in their original packaging.

I was also asked to take pictures of the two packages and send them via email to the company before posting them.

However, on visiting the Post Office, I was told, that each package would cost me approximately £30, including tracking and customs costs.

As the total refund for both items would have been less than the postage, I decided to swallow my loss and put the items in the bin.

Please do not waste your time or money on buying from this company.

Just educated husband in the art of checking with Trust Pilot. Too late, goods not arriving. Nonsense correspondence. Agree with all reviews. Now on to bank section 75 fingers crossed.

Agree with the other reviewers. Complete scam, photos are deceptive and false. Everything is poor quality. Just contact your card provider and see if you can reclaim cash under Charge back or Section 75. Appalling.

Fraud Warning - Important - Offer to send back the garments if they send you a return label (which they won't do), then do a Bank or Credit Card change back , you will get the money back as ...(And include this information)

Please beware of this sham company poor quality clothing sent from sweat shops in china - returns policy makes it unreasonable and I would recommend avoidance.
