Resposta da James Smith Fencing Ltd
Hi Stuart, Thanks for the review and apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your items were despatched and delivered direct form supplier - we passed your contact details across so not sure why you weren't contacted before delivery. We will ask for an explanation now. We are always here to contact should you need an update on delivery. Appreciate your feedback though and will ensure that the supplier is aware of the issue on this occasion. Regards, JSF
