What made the experience great was the staff. Hey they sell wood at reasonable prices, but the staff are a breathe of fresh air. I have never dealt with staff this helpful at any company in this count... Ver mais

Resposta da James Smith Fencing Ltd
Hi Vic, sorry for the invitation to rate your delivery when you haven't received your order yet. The invitation is automatically sent out eight days after your order is placed and due to it being the Christmas period your delivery has taken longer than normally expected. Looking into this for you I see it should be delivered to you today,
Kind Regards, Michael

Resposta da James Smith Fencing Ltd
Hi Brian, Thank you for your review and purchase from our website. We apologise for the cost of delivery to your area. As you are out with our local delivery area we use a courier company to deliver and they charge per weight of item rather than a fixed cost so it is more expensive. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review and we hope everything else was ok with your items.
Good product fast delivery

Superb products - mild delivery issue (and might be my fault!)
Products are of a great quality and a fair price.
My only issue, and I concede that the info is probably there if I look for it, is that I placed two orders for next day delivery; one on a Friday that arrived Monday and one on a Wednesday (around13:00) that arrived Friday.
I want to stress that I am sure it will tell me somewhere that it’s next “working” day and that for next day I have to order by a certain time. But having paid twice for next day and not getting it either time, it would be ideal if the system, at point of order confirmation, gave me my delivery day so I can plan my work accordingly.
This aside I will 100% be ordering again (and I’m sorry if the info I’m asking for is very apparent and I’m just being a buffoon!)

Great experience would use this company…
Great experience would use this company again if only the delivery could be cheaper although it was next day delivery. I could not get the fencing parts locally. Thank you

Customer service 5🌟
Customer service 5🌟. Cannot fault. Jon Newbury of the company went above and beyond. A problem came up regarding delivery and missing parts (lost in transit and was not the companies fault), I have never experienced such excellent communication and prompt attention from a company before. Thank you.
