Some components were missing for the stand. But you sent a replacement kit straight back. The two holes in the upright section were too small to drill the screws in with an Allen key. The holes were the right size in the replacement. Ham is delicious.

Great price/quality ratio for jamon. Their delivery worked well and the jamon leg was delicious. The set with the knife and the board was pretty useful for me as a beginner but over time you would likely want to replace it with something fancier

Excellent experience - very impressed
Phoned them with a range of questions about buying, storing and delivery of a leg of Serrano ham. Very helpful. Ordered as a 40th birthday present. The online ordering was straightforward and done before 12pm on a Thursday. It was arrived with the birthday boy next day. Looks the business. Recipient very impressed. Very good service throughout.

Excellent Service & Delicious Jamon
I ordered a Jamon from this company for Christmas (2022) to supplement our festive feast as we had lots of family and friends popping in over the Christmas period.
We could not have been happier with their service, the quality of the product and the support from Jamon.co.uk. They are a company who both truly care about their customers and are passionate about their product. We ordered a Boneless joint which came with a useful and functional stand and a carving knife which I thought was a nice touch.
There was a small delay on DPD delivery side but the team at Jamon.co.uk where quick to rectify it with DPD and we took delivery of the package the next day.
The meat went down a treat with our guests and was delicious and fresh to the last mouthful.
I highly recommend this company and their delicious product.

Top quality jamon and good customer service
What makes this company great is that it is clear they care..i had issues paying with a certain credit card, and the a poor service with DHL delivery...however, the guys here went out of their way to help and assist and resolve the issues...the jamon is top quality and my husband was delighted! We lived in spain for over ten years and the jamon we ordered was delicious...just like back in the tapas bars where we lived.. we will be sure to order again... excellent ...
