This is the worst jamon I’ve had. I lived in south Spain and love this food. Have had a few since moving back in the uk and have had good experiences here. Unfortunately this jamon was tough and became unmanageable to use. I only had about less than 5% of the volume. Has to chuck it away after 3-4 weeks. Such a shame.

Well so far the service has been excellent. I made an error when placing my order and needed to make sure my delivery date was amended otherwise I could have been in trouble.

After I placed the order I rang to check on expected delivery as I wanted to ensure it arrived on time. They were most helpful and were able to fast track it to ensure I got next day delivery even though I had just missed cut-off time. Went above and beyond and it arrived the next day as promised!

Disappointed with my last purchase, paid for expensive produce which was in 3 pieces when I opened it! Tasted good but expected a single piece for the money I paid and not 2 smaller pieces tucked inside of it😡

I bought the Serrano ham (including starter kit). Firstly, the ham is absolutely beautiful. It’s easy to keep fresh by rubbing some olive oil after you’ve cut the slices you want.

Package included a top drawer apron which I’ll admit I have already used!

Lastly, the knife provided is flexible and sharp which makes it a simple task to slice the ham.

I will be back for an Iberico ham once I’ve made it through 4KG of meat!
