Great flavour, well packaged and arrived in good time
Ordered this slightly late with some trepidation but the guests really enjoyed it and there's plenty left for snacks. Arrived very well packaged - sealed in plastic but with muslin sack for when opened. Ordered without a rack because we already had one. Great flavour.

Truly delicious jamón - the perfect festive treat!
Our jamón, stand and knife were well packaged and arrived promptly after ordering. I then had the struggle of resisting opening as it was a gift but when the day finally came it was DELICIOUS! I'm certain we'll be back!

Amazing product and the customer…
Amazing product and the customer service was excellent - messaged them December 27th asking if I could get it deliver in time for New Year - response within an hour, ordered it by 11:30am and delivered the following afternoon. The Jamon is also amazing!!

Destined for the trash bin - inedible.
The product arrived on time - hence the one star. A Paleta Gran Reserva. Having tasted it, the only place for it is the rubbish bin. It's inedible - so chewy. Nothing like how it should be. I will never use this company again. And yes I do know what I'm talking about - I have spent half my life visiting Madrid every few months. Goodness knows how they got this so wrong. It's trash.

Delivery Issue
Ordered SERRANO GRAN RESERVA SET (9 MONTHS)- product is in good condition apart from box containing equipment which looked like it may have been opened recently. Main thing is I specifically asked for product to be delivered in late December, and it arrived a few days after I ordered. Now it will sit in my house for a few weeks until xmas....

Fantastic boneless serrano ham
Absolutely great choice! Incredible value as I sliced and froze what we didn't eat at the time. No waste at all. And the conversations and advice I was given about storage and use were really helpful. I will be buying this again, for sure.
