I was a bit nervous about ordering my dress, as there weren’t many reviews available about this company. I even ended up looking at reviews from other countries just to get a better sense of the quality. I eventually came across a TikTok video from a bride in Mexico who ordered from Jancember and looked absolutely stunning. That gave me the confidence to go for it.

From the moment I placed my order, the customer service team was fantastic. They stayed in regular contact with me throughout the process and made sure to confirm important details like the height of my shoes (to get the dress length just right) and whether I wanted a different lining color. They were professional, responsive, and truly attentive to the little things that matter.

While they weren’t able to send photos during the dress-making process as they initially hoped, they did promise to send detailed pictures and videos once the gown was complete for my final approval, and they followed through on that. It made me feel much more at ease making such a big purchase online.

The dress is gorgeous. The material is good. A couple of the roses on the arm strap came undone when I received the dress but it is an easy fix. Very happy with the dress!!

This company is great at communicating via email with any questions or concerns you have. The dress was beautiful and high quality. I would order again.

すごく圧縮されてぐるぐる巻きで届きました。しかし案外しわにはなっておらず、綺麗な状態でした。パニエもふわーっと広がりました！キラキラのラメが非常に床に落ちますが、ドレス自体のキラキラ感は失われません。付属のネックレスも可愛くて大満足です。旦那では着付けができず、まだ着れていませんが(笑)本当に綺麗なのは確かです！ありがとうございました！
It arrived very compressed and rolled up. However, it wasn't wrinkled and was in good condition. The petticoat spread out nicely! The glitter fell to the floor, but the sparkle of the dress itself was not lost. The necklace that came with it was also cute and I am very happy. My husband can't put it on, so I haven't worn it yet (lol), but it is definitely beautiful! Thank you very much!

I can highly recommend Jancember. They made my daughter dress in custom size. They have a large selection of models, beyond imagination. The communication and customer support was excellent. The dress came in perfect condition and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for all your help, the amazing work and the stunning dress 🥰

I was highly skeptical for several reasons;
- the designs were fabulous
- everything was on sale
- the prices (even the original prices) were quite low compared to high end stores where these designs would normally be sold.
- so the sale prices are unbelievable

I decided to try anyway because I couldn’t find the design i liked elsewhere. So here’s my experience:
- communication with Jancember was quick, clear, and very personable. It was like i was talking with my girlfriend
- i literally asked everything!
- the beading craftsmanship is amazing. I did ask and was told they are done by hand, hence the month-long production process
- shipping was ultra fast considering it came from that place where most of US goods come from.

In sum, I am a very satisfied customer and do highly recommend Jancember. Only problem is (for those of us in the great USA), tariffs might more than double the price. But even at double the price it’s still well worth it!
