It was not delivered
It was not delivered. It was returned to sender. I have tried many times to get you to send to my hime address, not the business address. I have emailed yet no response. I need help getting this reel delivered.

Great Customer Service & Expertise
I called about a recent order and learned that the reel I wanted had been discontinued. Brian (I hope I have that right) was fantastic—he helped me find an alternate option and ensured I got what I needed for my planned trip.
Buying big-ticket items online can be challenging, but this experience really put me at ease. When the reel arrived, it exceeded my expectations!
