I bought this book as a gift for my mum, who lives in Orkney. I was brought up in Orkney but left over 35 years ago, and regularly visit.
When I ordered the book, I received an email, offering to write a personalised message in the book. During our email exchanges, Jane then very kindly offered to reimburse my the postage and deliver the book.
I have waited to write my review, as it was a birthday gift.
My mum is so touched by the personal message and that Jane delivered it herself. My mum has said it is a beautiful book - and she is delighted with the pictures and stories in the book.
