DONT USE AT ANY COST - USELESS
I have just told them to close our account, the worst company I have ever dealt with, driver stole our cash payments, never got invoices, put equipment in them invoiced us 3 years later,, SHAMBLES THEN TOLD US WE DID NOT PAY OUR BILLS, EVEN THOUGH THE DRIVER STOLE OUR MONEY !!! AND POLICE PROSECUTED HIM -
PLEASE PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY WHO CARE AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

Overall a very good service
Overall a very good service, the only thing that wasn’t clear was delivery cost, free delivery was advertised but when you sign up it’s a £16 delivery cost.

We offer free delivery within a 40-mile radius if you spend over £48. We do state this on the checkout pages and the various delivery options available. The delivery charge for your order was calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product and also took into account the distance we had to ship your order, which was 130 miles to your delivery address. We are always happy to help with any queries. If you contact our Sales Team, we can always look at ways to help with different delivery options.

Ordered on the portal. I choose to collect as we are based 800m away from the collection point which saves the delivery charge.
