I was badly let down by another supplier (world of bottles, stay away!) and these guys came through. Super quick, packaged perfectly and 100% am ordering here again.

Badly packed jars with 3 broken out of 24. Emailed their sales team to tell them how badly they were packed with no response. Nothing to do with delivery service - in fact they are to be congratulated as only 3 jars were smashed! Jars are ok but lids are very thin with some already dented and cant be used for sale.

He was very pleasant and the jars arrived very quickly. We were kept up to date with delivery. This is our second shipment and will certainly order from them and recommend to other bee keepers. Giving them 5 stars even though there were a few issues....took 3 attempts to get the right amount of jars & lids! But their customer service was exemplary & errors that I think were with the courier were fixed & sent out overnight within an hour of my phoning.
