Please do not order anything from this company. Ordered a reed diffuser on the 19th March and we’ve still not received anything. They do not answer emails or their contact form on the website, despite numerous attempts. I have referred them to my credit card company in order to get a refund.

Fragrances always long lasting and smell amazing!

I am being asked to review a product I haven’t received. Ordered as a Christmas gift at end of November. No confirmation it has been sent and no reply to two emails asking if it has been dispatched. I was expecting delays due to postal strikes, which is why I ordered in plenty time. I have had to go out and buy an alternative gift as I have not been given any reason to believe it is ever going to come. I would question if this is a legitimate business but there does seem to be very positive reviews. Perhaps I was just unfortunate.

Although my order is pre-order and i won’t receive it for a few months, i have no doubt it will be perfect and i can’t wait for it to arrive.

I have found Jas business in about 1.5 years ago through a mutual friend and from the first moment it was not a question that i will be one of her reqular.
I love her products from the wax bar to the burner and the Diffusers.
Her hand made wax bar the best quality, burning time the longest I ever experienced (not even mentioned those scents!) and I have been big fan of the waxs since many years (with not the best luck) but Jas products just a different experience.
She never disappoints; being late or missing items or not getting enough information about my order.
Always find some new ways to get me excited time by time.
I can only suggest her to everyone and what I can say I will never leave her business, that’s a promise!

I've bought several waxmelts and reed diffuser from this company. Just love the scents and they linger for hours. The reed diffuser is incredible, the best I've had. I had one million and it smells divine. Highly recommend.

Jasmine is so lovely. She came into my restaurant in Berkhamsted when we first opened. We now have her defuser in our bathroom. The scent is really lovely and the product is very smart and really great quality. The perfect addition to our bathroom. I have and would definitely recommend x

I’ve now had 2 orders from Jasmine & the scents are spot on. One tiny cube has scent for 10 hours. I’ve also had 2 diffusers and they are nicer than anything you will ever get in a shop. I’ve had wax melts before from other companies & they let off black smoke & were really over powering but I’ve not had this with any of Jasmine’s products. Highly recommend for all your home fragrance needs.
