Bought silk bedding from jasmine silk spent just under £400. Within 12 months the quilt cover was bobbling really badly, it wasn't due to washing wrong or rough skin (the fitted sheet and pillowcases were fine). I contacted jasmine silk and got a reply email from leon, he asked where was the bobbling? I replied saying it was on the complete underside of the duvet cover. He replied again asking for pictures as proof, i sent pictures, he asked again whereabouts are the bobbles? Are they across the bottom? I explained again that they are on the complete underside. He just kept replying with odd questions to my emails and got the feeling he was taking the mick and not taking it seriously, this went on for a couple of months). I was about to buy another set of bedding but il definitely be buying elsewhere. This company needs reporting. You cant just sell expensive items and not deal with complaints or after sales problems and definately not ignore people who have paid and never received their items, that is just stealing and theft of money. I dont know how they are getting away with it.

I have just bought silk bed-sheets, pillow cases, duvet and duvet cover and a silk throw from Jasmine Silk for my mother who is so sadly in her last days and desperately needed bedding to make her as comfortable as possible.
The items are lovely and my mother is as comfortable as she could be, as the silk regulates her temperature and keeps her warm without being heavy. She couldn't stand any other bedding on her and kicked it off she is so ill, but she doesn't do that with the silk.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the delivery company messed up on the original delivery date, otherwise the items would have been delivered the following day.
I had seen some of the negative reviews, but my experience has been that the product is excellent.
I hope to purchase some more for myself in the future.

I am really pleased with my first order from Jasmine Silk. I ordered 3 bamboo headbands and they arrived impressively quickly. The quality is superb. I have tried for years to buy absorbent headbands for my yoga and gym training. I have wasted so much money on headbands advertised as “cotton” which are often mixed with a lot of man-made fibre and are therefore non- absorbent. They usually split at the seams as they are too tight on my head. Your bamboo headbands are perfect. They are soft, absorbent, comfortable and are generously sized. I am so impressed I have ordered some more today. Thank you.

After reading the reviews I thought I’d made the wrong decision in using this company. I ordered a lovely night shirt which was a present for my mum. It arrived so quickly but unfortunately I had to return the item. I sent the item back and just 1 day later I had a refund in my account. Very happy with the service. Thank you Jasmine Silk.

I bought a silk nightie and two silk blankets which I returned. I tracked the parcel and the company received the return but to this date have yet to refund my money. This was ordered in 2018 and we are now in 2021! I emailed with somebody called Leon Zhao and sent him my tracking number as proof the returns was received by the company.

I won’t be giving up on my refund and will be taking this further as I have been robbed over £300

I purchased originally from you ??????? years ago and my two pillow cases are now past their sell buy date. They are amazing and do exactly what they say, my hair, skin and a cool nights sleep. BRILLIANT. I cannot recommend them enough.

Love it. The duvet is warm and light without being thick. Excellent service and prompt delivery.

Really pleased with our new All Seasons King size silk duvet, purchased to replace a Hungarian Goose Down one. It is lighter and so warm, even during this current really cold weather. It does not have the loft (or depth) of the goose down but we did not expect it to, but it drapes beautifully and really warms up to a comfortable temperature very quickly. Delivery was very quick, questions asked were answered promptly. in addition I bought a small silk pillow and pillowcase to take away with me when travelling (if we ever get out of lockdown) which looks lovely but has not yet been tried. I cannot understand the poor reviews that I have read, does not match my experience at all.

Like the experience of others , no delivery of goods, no communication, nobody answering the phone or returning calls, no response to emails , money taken promptly. I wonder how genuine the rave reviews are. No reputable company would be so unresponsive to so many attempts.

Ordered some pyjamas but turned out the person they were for wanted something else. Jasminesilk were quick to take my return, send me a new item and refund the difference.

Ordered silk pillowcases, which arrived very quickly and beautifully packed. Items are good quality (full Oxford pillowcases ordered). So pleased that we bought these before reading the negative critiques of Jasmine Silk.

Ordered a set of 2 silk pillowcases as a Christmas gift for a couple on 10th December, they only sent me One! Contacted them straight away via email, and they ignored, finally managed to get through over the phone and the person named leon promised to sent the missing pillowcase first class for it to arrive before Christmas - it never did until now! Such an embarrassment as it was a gift.. Asked for a refund, but now jasmine silk ignoring my emails and calls, very very disappointed in disgusting customer service. Shop online a lot and never have I ever had such a bad service. Don't make mistake ordering from jasmine silk. Disgusting company and SCAM.

I feel that recently the quality of the silk has become very poor. I complained about slubs coming off the sheet after one wash. They told me I was washing it incorrectly. I always use a silk wash and non bio washing pods. They offered me a discount on a second sheet, but this is now doing the same. Bedroom carpet needs hovering most morning now. I feel that something has changed with the quality. Any ideas?

I am very happy with my silk filled duvet and double silk duvet cover , they appear to be great quality and oh gosh, they are VERY nice and cozy to sleep with. The post sales communication and customer service however, need work. So jasminesilk if you are reading this, take that on board.

This company has attracted some very poor reviews but my experiences have been good. Have ordered silk and modal long-sleeved vests and long johns over the years and they all arrived promptly and as specified. These items have become an essential part of my skiing, shooting and winter golfing kit.

Ordered a silk sleep cap and had the wrong item delivered. I let them know immediately and asked how I could send it back and get a refund. There was a returns label inside so when I didn't get a reply, I sent the parcel back anyway. I have contacted them several times to try to get a refund and never heard back from them after the order. I am appalled at the complete lack of customer service and think this is an abysmal way to treat any customers - this one has suffered hair loss following chemo. I hope Jasmine Silk is proud.

My first order from this company, put in Friday morning and arrived by lunch on Saturday. Excellent service. Not a silk item but a bamboo viscose hair band, wide enough to use as a face covering. Ordered 4 and considering the low price feel I got a good deal as well

The sleep cap was horrible - doubt it was silk- saw the label said maid in china. Very cheaply made

I bought a headband, which never arrived. A waste of money. No response from the company. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Poor finish, bought a set of bed sheets and 5he buttons on the duvet were loose and fell off after a month or so, the bed sheet frayed and could not use after that as holes started appearing. Does not last at all and never had other silk products poorly made like this
