Miscalculation on my part, and a last minute job coming in meant I was short of training packs for a first aid course. A quick call and the drama was over.

Top notch service, good advice and the right equipment at a very reasonable price. A lot of other companies could learn how customer service is supposed to be done from Jax.

You don't get service like this very often! Fantastic customer service, high quality personalised products, prompt responses to queries and delivery was super quick. Can't fault it at all. Exceptional.

So where can I start, I placed a order on the 5th of June 2023 today is 28th June and nothing yet, I had to call twice to find out what was going on and the first time I was told they were short staffed and it will be out for delivery 2 weeks ago nothing came threw then I called Monday 26th chase and to inform them we had a site meeting and needed out hi vis vest before Wednesday 28th they assured it would arrive by then but what do they do put it on 2/3 day with royal mail and the items will NOT arrive for when I needed them so I have to drop everything today and go out and buy 7 hi vis and get them printed with extra cost for me, Delivery and the time of how long it took them its a joke. you are working for trade it doesn't state on your website it will take a month for delivery on small orders. God knows if the order was BIG how long it would have taken them.

Jax has a first class website. I found the product I wanted using their search box (I had the option of asking a question if I wanted to). I rapidly felt safe and trusting in the ordering experience. My product was sent by first class Royal Mail and arrived, the next day, in good condition.

Brilliant service and excellent quality. We ordered one initially to see if the quality, as the price was really good, and not only were the hi-vis vests of great quality, but the print was full colour. No extra charges and wonderful service and help along the way. Ordered another 50 and will be my first choice for these again.

Sensational service.
Urgently required Hi Vis Vests with printed company logo. First time using Jax’s, called early morning to discuss requirements, received ’mock-up’ within an hour of ordered placement.
Vests delivered very next day 😳😀

Was really happy with my Winter First Aid Kits. Great value, was informed when i would receive my parcel. They are even better when you see them to the picture of them. Would recommend.

Really impressive company. Quick communication and dispatched my kit very quickly as my daughter needed it for a DOE walk. The first aid kit had her name on the front which was a lovely surprise as we didn’t think we had ordered in time for this service. Wish more companies were like this!

Initially came across this company when looking to stock up on some First Aid kit and safety items for my car. They had everything I needed in stock and great value/ competitive prices. There was an error with one of the items on my order but the team at Jax responded to my email making them aware of this in minutes. We needed some high vis jackets last minute for a film shoot. Craig from Jax answered our email in record time and we'd ordered what we needed with a branded design in less than 15 mins. They arrived by 9am the next morning and we're all set and looking on point for our shoot. Highly recommend.

Ordered my First Aid Training packs and they arrived promptly. I decided to go eco friendly with the paper bag option. When I opened the box it reminded of bags of sweets, then lo and behold I found three emergency chocolates. Nice touch! Very happy with my order.
