Great customer service great communication

Ordered five items. Was charged for five items only one item arrived. Contacted customer services who have ignored my email. Will never deal with them again. How difficult can the order be. It says five items. Why not pack five items. And to take my money as well with no refund either, terrible service.

The hat is absolutely perfect. Beautifully made, exactly the colour that it says on the website!

I would not give this company any stars. I saw an item that I really liked and ordered it. It arrived totally looking different to the picture. I questioned this with the company by email I have also requested a refund and information on how to return the item. The company have totally ignored me their customer service is crap. Avoid!!!
