Echter kreeg ik geen bevestigingsmail en ik kon ook niet registreren op de site. Dus tot de levering was ik onzeker of het goed zou komen.
Uiteindelijk wel een (minimale) reactie op mijn vraag per mail gehad. Dus prijs, product en verzending goed, 1 ster aftrek voor de communicatie.

Super fast delivery, great price and excellent quality. The only reason I don't order more is that it is hard to select individual colours outside of the bundles and still get the discounts.

Très mauvaise expérience, je commande une certaine quantité et ils me livre la moitié de la marchandise et quand je leur écris ils me disent que ma commande est complète... au bout de 3 mails d’échange ils ne trouve pas de solution, ne propose même pas un geste ou même un renvoie et ne répondent plus aux mails. Ils ne répondent même pas depuis les réseaux sociaux. C’est inadmissible venant d’une grande entreprise comme celle-ci!! Je ne rachèterai plus chez eux..

The price and quality of the filament as well as how fast it arrived are all reasons im super happy with my purchase.

While the price was low and shipping was fast, the quality is low. Spools stuck too often - really annoying. Not recommended

The product arrived on time and well packaged.It prints as well as any and better than most. Good adhesion, easy release and good strength. It is everything I could hope for in a filament and the best price I have found.

Overall a good experience with some minor negative points that I hope will be addressed in the future.

First, the shipping is not always in the best way. I happened to receive both (significantly) broken cardboard boxes (because the filament rolls were moving inside) and a set of 5 filament rolls with no additional external box, simply held together with some packaging tape. I was lucky none got broken, so far.

Second, for some bizarre reason, the selection of colours/materials on their official website differs from what they sell on AliExpress (and I'm only comparing products shipped from the same warehouse in Germany). They appear to sell more filament colors/types on AliExpress but only as bundles (meaning you can't pick your own set of colors).

This deal is amazing. I love the price, the speed of delivery, and of course the filament is always good! I received all PLA, 2 white and 3 black. I will order this again, I hope to get a little more variety next time!

Sent me damaged products.. have send dozens of emails with no response. The order was for 10 rolls of filament that are random colours and all I got was 10 rolls of 1 colour not "colours" as advertised.

I thought Jayo was a serious company, but I'm shocked by their deceptive practices.
I placed an order for resins on their AliExpress store.
They entered a false tracking number. This tracking number is shared with another customer located in an other town.
Since the customer received their order and Jayo gave me the same tracking number, Aliexpress considers the package delivered.
I haven't received my order and Jayo isn't responding to my refund request.
Be very careful, this has become a common scam.
