Fantastic holiday and fantastic service!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Malgrat de Mar, Costa Brava,Spain and we couldn’t be happier with how everything was arranged for us.

Jennie gave us several hotel choices and recommendations, which made choosing the right one so much easier. We eventually chose the Aqua Hotel & Spa, and what a fantastic choice it was! The hotel was beautiful, the staff were lovely, and being an adults-only hotel made it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. It was exactly what we needed.

Malgrat de Mar itself was lovely, with a great atmosphere and plenty to see and do. We were also lucky enough to be there during Fiesta Week, which was a real highlight. The atmosphere was fantastic and the fireworks were absolutely spectacular!

We also asked Jennie to make sure Barcelona was no more than 1.5 hours away by train and the town she chose fitted that bill perfectly, with the train station 5 minutes walk away and Barcelona 1hr 20 mins away for 23 euros return. We visited twice as it was so easy. This was definitely one of the highlights of the holiday. It was lovely to have the perfect balance of relaxing at the hotel and getting out to explore.

A huge thank you to Jennie for listening to what we wanted, giving us great options and helping us choose a holiday that was just right for us. We had such a fantastic time that she’s now got another challenge on her hands — booking our next family holiday! 😂

This time it’s for three couples, all travelling on different dates but wanting to stay in the same hotel, so we’re looking forward to seeing what she comes up with!

We booked our New York trip with Jennie to celebrate two very special occasions – my 50th and my son's 21st birthdays – and the whole experience was made incredibly easy from start to finish.

Our flights and accommodation were all arranged for us, with a fantastic centrally located hotel that was close to Times Square and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do.

We also really appreciated the personal touches. Jennie checked in on us several times before the holiday asking if we needed any help with sorting our ESTAs, booking seats on the plane or checking in. All of our travel information for the flights and accommodation were organised and posted directly to our home, along with luggage tags, which made everything feel very well thought out.

For such a special bucket-list trip, it was reassuring to know everything had been taken care of and that if we had any queries, Jennie would be right there at the end of the phone. We had an amazing time in New York and would happily recommend Jennie to anyone looking to book their next holiday 😊

I gave Jennie quite a tight budget and very last minute, she found me and my 2 little girls a holiday so fast with everything that we needed. Everything was sent to us in a cute little pouch ready to go!
I didn't have to check in, pay for plane seats or go through any of the extra hassle because she did it all for us in advance.
This was the first time taking my girls abroad alone and she made it so easy. Thank you so much 💓

Myself and two children booked a holiday with Jennie, I gave her details of what we would like, Jennie was extremely helpful and she very quickly got to work looking for the best holiday which included all our requirements. We had an all inclusive package at Green Nature Resort in Mararis in Turkey. Jennie arranged and organised everything down to checking us in and booking seating on the plane. I received all documents online and via post with all details outline, this made our holiday very smooth sailing especially as I was travelling as a single parent. I pricing was very reasonable and we thoroughly enjoyed the resort, with two pools, slides, great entertainment and the food was very tasty with a vast variety on offer. We had a fantastic time with highlights of the holiday being a days boat trip which included snorkelling and we also braved parasailing.

We are already looking forward to booking our next trip with Jennie.

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing girls holiday to Lindos in Rhodes. Jennie found us the perfect accommodation in our first choice location. She arranged the flights, transfers and sent us a printed travel pack containing copies of all our documentation and boarding passes a couple of weeks before we set off.
Throughout the whole booking process, Jennie kept us well informed and was very supportive answering my many questions (it’s been 8 years since I last went abroad and I needed reminding on a few things!)
Having that personal contact with Jennie (if needed) made such a difference, it took away any worries and made everything feel so much easier.

Jennie organised a coach trip to Dorset for my Rotary Club and she was brilliant. To start with I had no planned location. She took my initial ideas and made great suggestions and worked hard to make the trip completely bespoke to us and the activities we wanted to do. Jennie compiled a itinerary for the trip which was a great guide. Jennie worked hard to make changes and ensure all the activities would fit in nicely. All the activities booked were brilliant and great quality. Jennie saved me so much time and created the most excellent holiday for myself and my 25 guests. From Winchester, Swanage, steam train, Corfe castle, cream team on at the Whistlestop, Langham Wine Estate, Dorset Brewing Company, Brownsea Island and Oxford! You can really trust Jennie to listen and tailor your plans to suit your needs. Everyone LOVED it and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel provided great service and food and was ideal for big groups - well prepared. Excellent job done Jennie!

We have sooo much to thank Jennie for following our amazing holiday to Spain in October last year ❤️. I knew what we wanted but had no idea how to achieve it! Thankfully Jennie came to the rescue and saved the day/week! I gave her the task of finding an All Inclusive resort, for 4 of us, that needed to have golf courses and theme parks nearby and wow did she come through for us! Bloody amazing and the whole process couldn't have been easier because she did it all!! Forever grateful for making our time in Spain sooo memorable and perfect! 10/10 and highly recommended ❤️❤️

Jennie arranged a personalised trip for us recently incorporating a safari in South Africa with a few days following on in Mauritius. Jennie took a lot of care in finding out exactly the experience we looking for, our dates, our expectations and covered lots of detail we hadn’t even thought of. From the booking right through to us going and during the trip, every transfer every flight and every detail was attended to. We had an absolutely fabulous trip created especially for us and created beautiful memories.

Jennie organised a bucket list trip to Memphis for my 60th birthday. She organised everything from start to finish with an itinerary so that we knew everything about times for flights/hotels/tours. She was always at the end of the phone if we had any queries/last minute changes and handled everything with ease with no hassle to us. It was a joy to have someone do all the hard work for us instead of trawling through the internet and the best part was that you don't pay her any extra. Can highly recommend Jennie and I will never book a holiday without her again!
