nice gym, lots of equipment, roomy, decent priced membership, dont think alot of the trainers who seem to hide in the office which is not very good to me, overall id recommend.

I had lots support about gym what classes on also arranged my diet to be change hopefully help me

The changing room close to early when I finish work at 22:00
I have no time for a shower, no the best after 8 hours work and 1,5 hours in jym

A very warm welcome from Liam at Barnsley location, he is one of the front desk trainers. Nothing to much trouble very helpful and I settled right on in first time.
Even the people using the equipment were courteous and thoughtful.
The gym is well kitted out and plenty of machines so there’s always one available, and parking was easy to.

The gym has everything so need.

It’s a great environment.

Gym has everything you need, quick and simple process to join

some qym equipment are not safe and need check. Sits wobbly in some as well as pins are missing in certain equipment

Lots of broken equipment and if not broken pieces missing. Also very dark inside seems lights aren't turned on fully.

I believe no matter what your weight, age, or fitness state, JD is the gym for you, equipment is well separated for cardio workouts to the more experienced weight area.

First day today. Everything was fine and staff was pleasant and helpful. Only issue was getting a phone signal to generate the QR code to exit the gym.

I've been to a few different 24 hour gyms and this is by far the nest laid out gym I have trained in. So much equipment and variety without making it feel squashed in like some gyms do. Lovely atmosphere, always clean, plenty of PTs about who all seem happy in their job and friendly. Great place to be!

The equipment is very good and plenty of it i went at a busy time and didn't have to wait to get on anything. The carpark could do with resurfacing lots of potholes. There are plenty of lockers, and hair dryers. I was disappointed with the showers, not very powerful and not able to adjust temperature, also did not like the cubicles , also don't appreciate having to wear a costume in sauna especially when it is single sex sitting on a towel should been sufficient, it spoils the sauna experience.

Clean and tidy. Loads of leg equipment. Loads of benches. Weights, attachments and accessories a-bit all over the place, but all ok.

Changing rooms clean and plenty of lockers.

Has sauna and cold shower. Sauna is around 80 degrees but quite humid.

Joining was quite easy online until a few days later I received an email stating I had cancelled my direct debit, which I had not. Confirmed with bank that they had not received any dd request but had processed the £10 joining fee although this was recorded as a normal card payment. Only 1 set if bank details had been supplied to you on joining, so the fault lies with your company, even though I had received confirmation that the dd had been accepted. However this complaint has nothing to do with the actual gym which i think is excellent, just the financial administration. Also when trying to contact your helpline could not get through. Suggest you implement a system where consumers are told what position in the queue they are. Then they can decide to hang up and phone later. If it were not for these issues I would have given a higher score

Amazing place to start training of ya new I joined and felt very welcome always feel good before and after my sessions.
