Fantastic gym, very helpful staff. Great environment and atmosphere for all levels of training. Ross the personal trainer/instructor is a great help and very informative.

The gym has everything I require

I have been working out with a PT Alex Rogers for over a year and progressed so much in that time
I really enjoy the sessions and it has given me the confidence to attend alone

The staff are always soo accomadating and lovely!!

Atmosphere is kinda there, but machines are awful, barely can get a back workout in as machines suck. There’s no D handles, only metal attachments, which makes for more limited and annoying movement, pair that with slippery bench presses, not a great experience. Best I can say is it’s definitely a gym

Great but i signed up recently and the sauna and the shower are out of order and im paying my memeber fee for quaternof the stuff i cant use

Hi gym is good but some type of mistake like when it any gym machine not work they will not fixed more than one week so I hope they will improve that one thanks

Gym toilets very dirty.
Smells very bad it’s hard to breath in there.
Not much ventilation as door stays closed all the time no fresh air though. Gym equipment is mostly dirty and sweat everywhere on.
If any equipment breaks it’s takes weeks before it gets replaced or repaired.

Not very pleasant as it’s packed with people all the time and it’s not getting cleaned regularly

Keeps me motivating to come to work out, nice people around that you can ask how to use specific equipment and they ready and happy to help

I liked the gym with my friends and being alone doing the gym . 😁

The current cold shower isn’t working and the drain is blocked 🚫 so it’s not hygienic stepping into unhygienic puddle also could do with some changing cubicles not everyone likes to flash their bits around in open.
