Easily The best gym in the entire world not a negative comment to mention

The ladies only area is spot on

Only 2 treadmills are in ladies only room fully occupied either it's 10 AM, 1PM or 5PM. The washroom is bigger then the ladies only area. Feel like more women need ladies only area

Amazing gym. Every equipment you could think of. Very clean too. The only down side is not everyone put the dumbells back and they get left here and there. The ladies section is tiny which I don't use much. Another thing is while I was there the other day a man came walking into the ladies changing rooms, didn't shout out to see if there was anyone getting changed

Great support from Matt - very welcoming and a great class. Overall the gym is by far the best, great facilities , excellent classes (such a range) and friendly environment.

Regular evening attender, go often late evenings approx 11pm. Love that it's 24 hour as I can go at times when it is quieter

The pec dec and rear delts machine is basically impossible to get a use of, it's always always occupied. If you win the lottery and do get a chance to sit on it for 1.5 minutes you'll be immediately asked by everyone in the gym how many sets do I have left. Consider putting another machine in because its in too high of demand.

Overall not a bad gym, but very busy no matter what time you go. It's a thin line between having too many members and having enough equipment to supply them with, a very thin line. Could do with some extra cable attachments too.

Toilets are always dirty, the showers aren't very clean either and smell
Signal is very poor

Overall a good gym, let's quite busy during rush hour which is expected. The worst thing about it is how long it takes for broken/faulty machines/equipment to be fixed. The bench press machine has been broken for almost 2 months and still nothing. Do you guys actually repair the equipment?

Went there Tuesday 28th at 5pm very busy but the problem was all youngsters hogging equipment sat there on mobile phones also eyeing up female members and making comments felt very uncomfortable no staff members in sight to resolve the situation

JD is one of the best gyms, it's near and clean. It is fully equipped and professional staff who are polite in their approach. I Met Mani and Cash from the staff and they were very humble. I am just loving this place. I strongly recommend JD gym.

Awful customer service, really unreliable, all you do is use copy paste emails and not answer the question, an open chat or number to call would get the issue sorted in half the time

So far having a great experience as a new member. I have been using the ladies only section and I have been left to it, which is what I wanted as I’ve used gyms before. I can see however that staff are on hand if I needed them , the facilities are great and I can find my way around really well. Must be a good atmosphere because I keep going back! I’m even considering the classes as well as my confidence is growing.

Lovely gym there is loads to do and I love the fact their is a woman's gym that even gives you quick access to the changing rooms. Best gym I've been to so far!

one of the male staff is very rude. the wi-fi is poor i have poor signal and when asked my to be let OUT not in he insisted to check my membership as if it was not active! so how did i get IN to the gym. a jobs worth over professionalism and customer service standards. i'm not sure if I need to take this personal as him being discriminative or does he think the worst of everyone and acts unnecessary all the time. pathetic behaviour and immature his not friendly or approachable and comes across to me as full of himself.

Clean, lots of equipment, great facilities and a very good price.
