Very friendly environment with people…
Fully equipped Gym with vast up to date machines, very friendly environment with people of all races and gender relating freely without prejudice. The trainers are very patient in explaining and guiding on how to use the different machines, and so accommodating.

I liked the variety of the equipments…
I liked the variety of the equipments and weights and the setup but the toilets needs to be fixed asap … the small is very bad in the toilets

A beautiful well stocked gym
This is such a gorgeous gym. And the signup process was so easy.
The Dundee gym is enormous - and insanely well stocked. I walked around a lot my first couple of sessions finding the equipment I was looking for - but I find it eventually.

Very good women’s gym
It was very good but there wasn’t enough cleaning products for the women’s area in dundee but other than that the gym was really nice

Careful with the changing rooms
A staff member allowed a male to waltz into the female changing rooms during training hours, no prior warning and no clearing women out of the changing rooms beforehand. This was also followed by no explanation for this either.

Keeping our changing rooms clean is a top priority and they need to be checked regularly in order to keep on top of tasks.
Where possible a male cleaner will check the male changing rooms and vice versa, but there will be occasions where our male cleaner is not on shift, so a female cleaner will cover for them. This does also happen the other way around from time to time. They should announce themselves before entering or get another member of staff to enter ahead of them to make members aware.

Staff are always at hand to be off assistance to the membere
I am a member of JD Gyms in Dundee and I have visited all other ones in Dundee and can honestly say that JD Gyms is by far the best both with equipment and friendly helpful staff

Open spaces
Open spaces! Not noisy. Ladies gym was main reason I chose this gym

Not for me
I, personally, prefer my previous gym so I am cancelling my membership and going to go back there purely because it was more spacious and open 24hours which was more suitable for me.
