The gym is decent
The gym is decent, nice equipment. Clean etc but the AC isn’t really good. It’s far too hot in the gym. Training hard in a warm gym isn’t fun at all.
It’s the one thing that may stop me from continuing my membership. Otherwise it’s great. Staff actually smile and are welcoming, unlike other gyms where PTs come across as aloof and unapproachable.

Inductions are not compulsory, so you are free to start using the gym immediately after joining if you feel happy to do so. If you would like an induction, please get in touch with your gym directly and a member of the team can help arrange this for you.

Enjoy there. It’s spacious and great. But the automated gym machines close to area near private room are not smooth and not comfortable. Rest is perfect.

I expect someone to show me how to…
I expect someone to show me how to operate and use some of the equipments and ensure I know how to actually use them for safety purposes. There was no such thing except the video online. The only time I was shown around was when I was making enquiries and you can imagine asking other gym users for guidance on how to use the equipments even though they didn't mind, I felt I was taking up their own precious time!

Love this gym
Gym is clean, tidy and has all the equipment you could wish for. Plenty of weights and squat racks so you don't have to wait around. Hate the car park but a small price to pay.
