Been a member a long time as it's so…
Been a member a long time as it's so close to home, I know lots of the members but not had much great to say about staff as they have never seemed to care much, but over past few months majority of staff have become more approachable, which has made me feel much more at ease in the gym. Special mentions to Peter who's small group Hyrox session I've done & Matt who's boxing I've been to as well. Both really supportive and welcoming. I've been able to meet new members to train with through their small group sessions.

Wednesday Night Burn
Burn on Wednesday nights the past few weeks has been on another level with Matt & Craig stepping in, it’s a shame they don’t have a regular Burn class as these have been best ones I’ve experienced.

Very nice and clean gym. Fantastic sauna.staff are very helpful I'm very happy with JD gym in Regent park.
Great stuff, clean environments,nice equipment. I'm using this gym for so long and I'm very happy with this gym highly recommend.

Can’t get hold of anyone to see why my membership gone up to 29.99 not a bad gym but avoid the regent road the showers stink the floors thick with black stains cleaner if you don’t bother with a shower also beware of the hairdryer as I had one blow up in my face marked my face and burned my hands not had no apologies or follow up of JD GYM just told it’s not there fault aha but ye if your going with JD avoid regent road if you do have a trip to the shower make sure you take some sliders and avoid using the hairdryers !

I dislike the fact that there's only 1…
I dislike the fact that there's only 1 hip thrust machine and 2 smith machines in the entire gym, which are always occupied. Also people seem to know this, and still use these machines for way long than they should, sometimes even do 2 different exercises at the same time (example: using smith machine on a set and then using barbells), not letting you using the machines meanwhile.

Too many people just hogging machines, sitting doing nothing for long periods between sets and then staring at their phones. Frustrating!

The gym is currently facing a…
The gym is currently facing a significant issue due to extreme overcrowding. A large number of members are present at the same time, making it very difficult to access the necessary equipment and machines. Additionally, the number of available machines is relatively limited and does not meet everyone's needs. This situation is causing frustration among members who find themselves waiting for long periods before they can start their workouts. We hope immediate measures will be taken to address this problem, such as increasing the number of machines and organizing training times to avoid congestion.

Great equipment and clean changing rooms
I recently switched gyms to JD and I love it. Nice equipment and good changing rooms with lots of lighting. Also a good location.
