Good value for money . I like the fact that is open 24/7 , so I can go anytime I want . Price is £29 per month . The wifi connection never works , it s impossible to connect to wi fi . I can t use my phone s internet , as the gym is in a cave at minus -1 . The music is always low . Car park is free for 1.5 - 3 hours .

Bike was stolen out side staff informed…
Bike was stolen out side staff informed straight away and dint tell anyone in gym came out 50 minutes later to no bike wouldn't show cctv had to get informed by members of public

I signed up to a trial and notified…
I signed up to a trial and notified them before the trial ended they still charged me and I told them I had an episode of collapsing and after undergoing test I was told not to train for a period they ignored me completely.

Terrible…
Not much equipment in the women’s section and always smells. No aircon, even on really hot days.
It’s almost impossible to cancel when they get your bank details. Poor facilities and nobody answers the call line.
Update to your response:
You cannot simply ‘cancel’ membership. There is no tab for it. You have to submit a form which isn’t responded to immediately and takes a while.

For awareness, members can cancel their Direct Debit directly with their bank at any time, allowing up to 10 working days for the bank to action this, depending on your provider.

Customer service
Customer service rubbish has to wait to long for a reply thegym I go in as well needs updating there’s only 4 stairmasters and around 15 cross trainers but what ever time I go the cross trainers are mainly empty. 50 percent of The lockers are broke as some one damaged them about 4/5 week ago still not fixed.

The big boses don't care about members
I'll be giving it 1 more month before leaving.
people are fed up.
Broken and poorly maintained equipment, Pins missing from machines, rusty cable attachments, 1 rope attachment for the entire gym, you ask if anymore are available and get a response from a member of staff such as, oh there maybe one down there, I'm busy.
Dirty floors, filthy showers, all the lockers broken.
Absolute shambles.
you see gyms now with saunas, this gym struggles with hot water.
If they dare put the price up again I'll be off before a month.
Loads of people leaving.
