A gym that caters for all
I have been a few gyms in the stoke area and this gym is one of two that I have found to be the most friendly. Members are lovely and can be easily approached, staff are very helpful, inviting and relaxed. Paul has to be the best staff member there that I speak to, so if you need any help, ask for Paul.
The gym equipment is great and caters to a variety of training styles like calisthenics , CrossFit , body building etc. gym equipment is also never down for long when ever it’s out of service.
It even has a women’s only section for those that have religious boundaries or have a lack of confidence about themselves and don’t feel comfortable being in the main area of the gym.
All in all , it’s a great friendly gym that’s easily accessible from the a50 or Victoria road.

Although not my usual gym…
Although not my usual gym (Newcastle-Under-Lyme) I visited the Stoke gym in Fenton in the morning as I wanted to train with a friend who's local to the Fenton location. I'd had issues trying to upgrade to the multi site membership and the duty manager couldn't have been more helpful getting it sorted and getting us on our way to train. Really great to see such great customer service!

Typical mainstream gym
It was extremely busy, people hogging machines when not really working out, more like on their phones. People don't return weights so you spend half the time walking round looking for the weights you need.

gym is good quality , parking bad
gym is good quality , car park to gym is far too small so struggle to park , even the road down the side of the gym is full .

For my first week i have done pretty…
For my first week i have done pretty well. The gym is clean and tidy apart from the mens locker room that smells of strong urine. There is plenty of variety to go at. I havent done a weight lifting routine for years so next time i go i will ask a member of staff if they can show me how to use certain weights properly and make a set plan
