My Membership got put on hold for no reason and i can't access the gym anymore

The equipment is ok although generic. Definitely needs another smith machine to separate you from the other gyms and actually give people the chance to use one. You need to put some gym rules on the wall e.g Max two people per machine and no use of phones whilst on equipment...do that and I may stay longer than 3 months.

Lovely staff, makes those 5am mornings easier!

The gym all round is great, the cleanliness is a massive part of why I appreciate it. The staff couldn’t be more pleasant especially jan, she brings a ray of sunshine and always makes it a fantastic experience.

Lovely staff! Jan, levi and Rob are excellent and the gym is always clean and tidy! Love coming here!

Could benefit having someone walk around and actively try to stop people leaving areas a mess, or even working out dangerously and maybe punish the repeat offenders. Has benefitted recently by adding a wipe down station however people avoid it. Overall the gym can feel unsafe. I think if the trainers who walk around were to offer a small bit of education to the people making it dangerous then everyone would benefit.

Jan, and the other lads are all very helpful and nice to talk to when approached!

Visited from the U.S. this past week and needed to get a workout in. Checked out JD’s in Sunderland and loved the place. Very clean, very respectful gym. Loved the environment. Great work!

Love the classes jennys especially Zumba piloxing- the gym is always clean the staff are very friendly

This gym is amazing and has a good range of classes to attend all the instructors I do classes with are lovely and teach the classes brilliantly !! The staff are all friendly and welcoming !!

Brilliant gym ive been using on and off for years now, does get a bit busy at times, and there does seem to be a lot.of kids just sitting on benches and machines doing nothing which is a bit of a let down, but the place is always being cleaned and there's always somone around if you need help.

Great gym, with plenty of equipment. Only been a few times, so far, but the atmosphere seems very pleasant. Everything is very clean. Love the sauna, too. Nice... 💪🏻

This is the third Gym I have signed up to and the only one i have ever truly enjoyed, the staff are so incredibly nice, Especially Levi who I have personal training sessions with.

Levi has helped me so much with everything, I am already noticing differences in myself after just a month, my energy levels have improved as has my overall wellbeing.

I find myself wanting to go to the gym every day, which I never wanted to do at my previous gym.

I have learnt so much already from Levi and I feel very confident that he is the guy that will help me achieve my goals!

They had a great offer of £10 for the first month, so I had nothing to lose really, hadn’t set foot in a gym for about 20 years, had a basic intro and I was off. It’s just what I needed.
