Gym is really well equipment , well maintained. Never have to wait for any equipment however my times at the gym is between 9am - 11:45am as work starts at 12 ;) the only downside i would say no cold... Ver mais

Quality gym
Quality gym, staffs great, always kind and welcoming, great for any stage of weight lifting or getting in shape, only thing it could use is an incline chest press, shoutout to Joey the goat!

Akash as my personal trainer
Having Akash as my personal trainer has really improved my confidence in going to the gym, before Akash I wasn't sure what I was supposed to be doing and he's been a great support and great friend and I now love going to the gym and working out with him.

Super friendly staff and clean gym.
Clean and tidy gym, open 24 hours a day and staff are super friendly and helpful. Robbie the manager is always approachable and has helped me on numerous occasions with exercises and dieting advise.

Always an amazing experience
Always an amazing experience. Akash Singh was very helpful if I was unsure on a certain excersises. He was very patient with me and knew exactly how to help me.

Staff are always really friendly
Staff are always really friendly. Very clean gym. 24/7 is so handy for me and my friends who sometimes work night shift. Plenty tredmills, and lots of equipment so never just standing around waiting for a machine. Changed from everlast to this and it’s so much better
