Thanks for leaving us some feedback, we appreciate it.
We are a 24-hour gym in Wythenshawe, but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed t for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas).
We do however leave the accessible changing room open at all times, as well as there being lockers for you to use. If you need to get changed or grab a shower during the night, that option is there for you and you'll have complete privacy in there.

Just one thing is that shower closes too early, unlike other 24/7 clubs, shower are open all times

Oh no! We're really sorry that you were unable to gain access to the gym on this occasion, but please don't let that be your last visit...
Our gyms have barriers at the entrance which you can open using our contactless entry app. If you are unable to gain entry for whatever reason, there is a green button near the gates. Press that and it alerts a member of staff to your presence. Someone will come over to help.

Great gym with a lot of equipment, the lack of air con is awful though, please invest in some cool air!

A gross first day.
After rejoining following the introduction of 24-hour access, I was disappointed to find that all cleaning stations have been removed. On the first day of my visit there were multiple puddles of spilled drinks and whatever else throughout the gym which was left due to no cleaning facilities being available. On top of that, the equipment looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days. It just felt like a gross welcome back, and I actually felt dirty afterwards. I now carry cleaning wipes in my training bag which I shouldn't have to do.

Thanks for the review. The cleaning stations in our gyms have been removed. These were first introduced during the pandemic when Government restrictions required us to do so. Since all restrictions were lifted some time ago, we have been gradually returning to our normal operations, with the cleaning stations being one of the last remaining measures.
We have however, provided extra bottles of sanitiser around the gym and we do encourage our members to bring in their own towel to clean off the equipment after use. Alongside this, we also have cleaners in the gym who frequently clean the equipment and work to ensure a high standard is maintained. If you do notice any equipment needs a wipe down, please let a member of staff know.

Really enjoying that it’s open 24/7
Really enjoying that it’s open 24/7 . I start work at 6am and work a long shift until 5.30 so I’ve been coming between 3.30 am & 4.00am in the mornings. After working a long day I never have the energy to workout in the evenings so thank you .

I liked the clean new appearance of the…
I liked the clean new appearance of the gym and the amount of equipment however when I went to use the equipment I found at least 3 machines didn't work correctly which was disappointing

Not a great start
On arrival I was unsure to why I couldn’t book onto classes so asked the only 1 member of staff I could find. Who had no knowledge and was unable to help. I found out by asking other members in gym.
I would like to book an induction and have plan arranged to help with loosing weight, toning and strength but need help due to injuries. Is this something that can be advised? Also inductions are not at the best times.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms are very popular and can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate at different times of the day and night. To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities.

Air-condition is very cold
Air-condition is very cold. I needed to leave Yoga class because my back got stiff from the blowing cold air-condition.
Otherwise the Gym is very nice, but air-condition will make people sick instead of health.

The last thing we want is for you to feel uncomfortable whilst in your class or when working out.
The temperature can fluctuate with the seasons, but we always do our best to maintain a temperature which is comfortable for exercising.
It might feel cool when you're standing still, but once you start your workout it'll feel different.
