Took my iPad in to get a screen replacement. Told this will be don I two hours. I went back in the next morning, not done. I then went in again the following morning and still not done. Simply not good enough service

We wanted to fix it for you at no extra charge, as it was damaged by the cracked screen, which took more time than expected. Your iPad was ready for pickup on Sunday after 11:00 AM, but since you mentioned you’d return on Monday morning, we waited.
