We ordered 4 meals, Curry Goat, Sweet Potato Curry, Jerk Chicken and Fried Chicken. They were all excellent, very flavoursome, generous portions and good value for money, so much so we went back immediately and brought another 2! Brilliant 👏

Lovely food about time we had some proper food around here!
Very good for your money as everything comes large and trust me they don’t hold back!
Very friendly polite staff from the gent on the phone to the lady who brought the food out to me and also very helpful on WhatsApp and easy to order!

Ordered today for the very first time.
My husband had curry goat rice and dumpling and I had jerk chicken with rice and a dumpling.
What can I say it’s outstanding!!!!! I have never tried goat before as I’m a fussy eater and it’s was so tender the meat was just falling off the bone same as the chicken.
Defo will be ordering again!

Absolutely loved this Caribbean food spot! The food was full of flavour, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The jerk prawns were delicious with just the right amount of spice, and the rice and peas were also delicious. The portions were generous, and everything tasted authentic. If you’re looking for proper Caribbean food, this place is definitely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

All I can say is. The food at my party went down a treat. Alot of people who attended were cooks, chefs and foodies. All were extremely impressed by the cuisinne. The food is amazing. Will always recommend..

Staff were friendly and attentive,
The curry goat was the best i’ve had in Telford in a long time , perfectly fell of the bone , great portion and the flavour was bang on.

Nothing worse than ordering a curry goat and getting mainly watery liquid and a couple of pieces of meat ! this place give you enough meat and a proper curry.

The rice was lovely as well

Received food from here for the first time. Picked jerk chicken with rice and peas and it was delicious. Will deffo order in the near future.

OMG … we were waiting to order CURRIED GOAT 🙌 for a while and when JD put it on the menu we ordered! We didn’t eat a lot during the day because we were waiting for this delicious food to arrive! We could not wish the time to go any faster 🤣

We ordered curry goat with rice n peas and dumplings and extra dumplings! 🙌 It was absolute heaven! The meat was lovely, melting away and so easy to come off the bone! The flavours were gorgeous! Perfect autumn 🍂 plate in those cold days!

Yet again 2nd time having the food this time had the jerk chicken so much flavour great service great prices, got my misses to try it this time and it was her 1st time eating this type of food and for someone who doesn’t like meat on the bone she loved it and said she’d eat it every day.

WOW so order from hear after being advised to try them as I love this kind of food and it was best decision.

The food is soo good. I haven’t had curried goat as good as JDs. So flavourful, the meat is soo tender it just falls off the bone.

The chicken is seasoned and cooked the perfection and the chicken wings are just as good.

I haven’t had a better Jamaican food anywhere else but JDs

We used JD’s for my mom’s surprise party and they were absolutely amazing! The communication from start to finish was excellent, really friendly and professional. The food itself was incredible – so much variety, full of flavour, and there was plenty to go around. Everyone at the party kept commenting on how tasty it was! They made the whole experience stress-free, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

We had JD’s cater for a family funeral. It was a quick turnaround and Jamaal made sure we were taken care of.
The food was excellent. We had compliments all day about how nice it was. The cost for the quality was definitely in our favour.
Not only that, the communication, preparation and presentation was fantastic too.
If you are looking for someone to provide caribbean food for your function, you will be hard pushed to find anyone better.

Jamaal catered for both my parents funerals, the service was outstanding and the food was cooked to perfection.

We used this catering company for a recent work event and couldn’t be happier! The food was absolutely outstanding – full of flavor, beautifully presented, and everyone was blown away by just how tasty it was. The meat in particular was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and truly delicious.

From start to finish, the service was seamless. Jamaal was fantastic to work with – professional, attentive, and made the whole process stress-free. Everything ran smoothly on the day, and the quality far exceeded our expectations.

I’d highly recommend them to any business looking for a caterer for their corporate event. Five stars all the way – we’ll definitely be booking again!
