Ordered a lightsaber and a display stand, the stand is great quality and easy to put together. The lightsaber is also amazing quality and has a great weight and feel to it, really feels like a quality bit of kit not like the base lit toys I remember when I was a kid. 1 small issue was I was sent the wrong size blade with the order, 1" instead of 7/8 of an inch. A quick email and they sent me out the correct blade and return labels for the wrong blade. Genuinely have no issues with the team here they did everything they could to provide a positive customer experience, it'll definitely be my first port of call for star wars stuff going forward

I have pre-ordered the Hot Toys Clone Wars Anakin, which is probably the biggest purchase I've committed to which isn't for someone else, or a bill, or debt, in my life, but come on, it's beautiful and I need it!

The payment plan offered made it incredibly affordable and easy to justify, with manageable payments. Very open and clear with the agreement and I feel confident I will be updated as it comes closer to the time when he comes home (I'm so excited!) But I do fear this now means I need Ahsoka and Obi Wan, but if I do I'll definitely use Jedi Archives!

If it goes wrong I'll update, but for now I am nothing but excited and happy

Purchased a collectible from the store which was shown in stock. Sadly it was an error being shown in stock when it wasn't. Seller reached out straight away to my email and was apologetic, explaining it was due in a few weeks. Companies make errors (only human) but it's the customer service and honesty which is key after. Company stuck by their words and came a couple weeks later. Item comes with official shipper, but they double boxed it (nice to see) and their was personal message with "may the force be with you", a little touch, but nice to see. Very recommend and all I could ask for.
