Absolutely impecible service from start to finish.
From the very first phone call, we were dealt with the utmost respect, sympathy & dignity while dealing with our requests.
Due to events outsde of our control, we needed a very fast funeral arranging & within 90 minutes of our first phone call E F Edwards had arranged it all & confirmed they had managed to liase with the church & crematorium to the timescales we so desperately needed.
Nothing is too much trouble & all the staff involved were calming, reassuring & highly professional.
In such emotional & horrible times, they were there to support us & made sure we had nothing to worry about in sorting the funeral.
Five stars isnt enough...outstanding

My mother's funeral was in January 2023. Cara is a very special lady who helps you through this difficult time and is so kind, thoughtful and empathic.

Cara made our experience extremely easy…
Cara made our experience extremely easy and reassured us the whole way through, she was empathetic and kept me well informed until the funeral, we didn’t feel rushed and answered any emails with questions we had, nothing was too much and was available when we needed, I really appreciated all her help and is a great employee for the company

Professional and sensitive
The whole experience was made so much easier with their professional and sensitive team. The order of service was outstanding and produced many positive comments from other family members. The spray of flowers they produced for my Grandmother's funeral were beautiful

J Edwards' have arranged 3 funerals for my immediate family over the past 40 years. Always professional, compassionate and with great empathy....whether you're chuckling or crying. Cara you were fantastic for my Mum's Funeral on Thursday 12th January 2023 as were all your colleagues. In good times and in bad. Still going to pop in with a bottle of Mum's best Cava as promised! So get the plastic champagne flutes ready and tell Karen! If I bring Tina we'll be lucky to squeeze on glass each out of it! So, 4pm, someday, it's a date! xx

We have never had to do a funeral…but these guys were fantastic made it so special for our mum 10/10
We have never had to do a funeral before and they were outstanding and most of the off our heads, they dealt with life insurance and bank it's was amazing ,the lady they was with us all the way she was brilliant and always there for us, she booked everything for us it was amazing, the horses and cart were beautiful and everything was exactly how they sid it would be, we couldn't thank them enough, everything was beautiful and perfect for my mum, thank you so so much
