Recruiter was very friendly and supportive, he guided me through process very well.

The process was not great for me. The interviews were okay, I had passed them, but after signing the contract the communication with the client wasn't great. the contract was terminated before starting, and the recruiter didn't have all the facts, for example, that the GDPR will take up to 2 months -that is way the process was terminated.

I am delighted by the way the recruitment process was conducted. It consisted of 4 online interviews and still took only 2 weeks and 2 days from the very first contact to its successful finalisation, out of which 2 days were consumed for clarifying my doubts regarding contract details. During the whole process I always knew what I am waiting for, when it is expected to happen and what is the expected next step - recruiter was consistently keeping his finger on a pulse and updating me all the time. As a candidate I would always like to be treated that way. Moreover, there were no delays, which is incredible.

To sum up, taking part in this recruitment process was to me a completely positive experience, which is totally opposite when compared against most of the other ones I took part in recently.

I appreciate the automated invoicing and timesheets – great job. However, when it comes to payments, I prefer to see each invoice paid individually, with one payment per invoice. Bundling invoices into a single payment can lead to accounting errors on both sides and makes it challenging to reconcile what has been paid and what remains outstanding. Thank you!
