The recruiter, Jonathan in Tokyo firstly contacted me courteously and his description about the new opportunity in his message was very clear to understand and attracted me a lot. Operationally leaps and bounds ahead of other firms
Have never seen a recruiting company with such operational excellence. The team I worked with scheduled and drove everything with perfect professionalism and skill.
They adapted to all my feedback and gave us an incredible volume of excellent candidates. It was really an indictment of the other firms we had used that somehow Jefferson Frank could find/entice people to interview.
