For starters i should start with "i am canadian" so i get that there was gonna be an exchange. For the Jellen Peptide Power Gel. Took a shot since the reviews posted on their site were all so positive n even here, positive. Although maybe i didn't search far enough. So went to pick up from the post office n it's telling me i owe another $38.55 in customs fees!
Bringing the 16oz bottle to a crazy $177 and change! JUST LUDACRIS! Can't return cuz i'll lose the shipping and customs anyway which cost as much as the bottle. This stuff better rock my world cuz damn!!! It probably goes without saying that I will not return or boast about Jellen :S. UPDATE: Had written an email and now going on a week with no response. POOR customer service.

Their service was fast and shipping was free.

Both the products and the customer service of Jellen are the best. There was an issue with a product I ordered and they immediately handled the it.
Many companies would be wise to follow the practices of Jellen.

The website refused to give me free shipping for my item as it was listed but the agent was very kind in completing my order.

I love this product, wish I purchased years ago. If I had purchased this product in the past, I could have saved myself thousands of dollars from buying topical and oral medications, visits to the dermatologist, and to the pharmacy. Lesson learned, now I have my family using this product as well.

I haven't seen a differance yet. I only have one compaint. On the ad. it said it came with a gel and there was none, had I known that I would have ordered.I rate this product a 5

My client base has been very happy with the immediate improvement of their overall tone, texture and firmness and tightening of complexion. I have been doing the treatments on myself on a regular basis and continually get positive comments and feedback, and have noticed in photographs, that my neck and jawline are more defined and see diminished facial expressions. I totally recommend the beurer soft laser and the ultrasound equipment.

I was very impressed with Jellen Skin Care Products. I am in my sixties and have found it a rare thing these days to find prompt and courteous service. The personnel provide that and more and appear to genuinely care about people and their skin care problems.

Recently, I ordered the NuFACE Trinity, and the DPL Red Light Therapy System. I already had a high frequency skin care machine. I am so pleased with the progress I have made using these products. Of course, I am very health conscious and that always makes a difference in how one's skin looks, but I can truly say I have now seen some great positive changes, and I am so pleased. I get lots of comments on how "youthful I am looking", which is the whole point of all this, since I could never afford thousands of dollars for cosmetic surgery--not to mention the time and pain involved. I did not know the product was just like the derma wand and i already have that. Then there are no returns so i wasted money. This product does nothing for me.
