Ich habe mir die Medi Probirbox bestellt, es hat sehr gut geschmeckt und man kriegt wirklich mal eine gute auswahl zum Testen. Versand war sehr schnell und das Jerky im einwandfreien zustand. Zusammenfassend, Faire Preise und Schneller Versand.
Sehr Empfehlenswert !

Zollgebühren kommen noch obendrauf, obwohl in der Rubrik "Zahlungen" nicht ein einziger Hinweis darauf zu finden ist.
Mit einer .ch Adresse Kunden täuschen und dann noch Gebühren erheben.

Aber wie das eben so mit der Lebenserfahrung so ist:
Jetzt weiss ich, wo ich sicher nicht mehr einkaufen werde.

Dodgy website, branded in a local language but actually ships from Germany which generally incurs extra postage fees. Misleading.

The packaging of the order was also terrible. You opened the box of a jerky I ordered, and just stuffed a bunch of different jerkies in it, to save on postage. That's not standard practice. But ok, onwards.

You messed up my order, then you suggested I pay for postage to return the old one so you could rectify the situation. It doesn't work like this in online retail. The next suggestion was a 10 percent discount voucher. Also terrible, because I am still out of pocket to rectify your mistake. The final suggestion (only after I threatened to come on here and give you a bad review) was a 10 euro voucher. Which is still terrible because I still have to pay postage from Germany (again, you used misleading advertising to make it seem like it would ship locally) so I am still out of pocket for postage to rectify your mistake that wouldn't have happened if you read your own packing slips.

Just use Jerky store. At least they don't mislead, have actually helpful customer service, and they don't argue with their customers over email.

EDIT: In their reply, they say the replacement is at no cost. Nonsense, I still have to pay for postage, not to mention the time lost.

Schnelle Lieferung, Ware immer wie beschrieben.
Probierpackungen sind gut. Man kann mal testen.
Und wenn etwas zum Probieren nicht schmeckt, können sie ja nichts dafür.

Ik had net onder de €100 aan producten besteld, waarbij boven de €100 de verzending gratis was. Dit hebben ze super opgelost, door er een zakje Beef Jerky bij te doen. De service is dus TOP!

Super schnelle Lieferung und top Service. Genau das bekommen was ich wollte, wurde auch schnell geliefert und es gab nicht anzubestanden. Ich bestelle gerne wieder in Zukunft, kann ich nur empfehlen :)

Bestilte pakke, innenlands i postkassen. Pakken kom fra Tyskland og havnet på postkontoret tilslutt. Kundeservice skrev/snakket ikke norsk. Så den går i retur, må fortsatt betale frakten de valgte.
